- After her father's sudden death from cancer, artist Gabriela Fuchs needed to find a way to grapple with the loss. She took his ashes, looked at them under a high powered microscope and found exactly what she was looking for.
Gabriela was at The Banff Centre for an independent artist's residency in 2014. She received funding for her residency through the National Fund for Culture and Arts (Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes, FONCA).

My Dad died last December 1st and ashes are in our spare room in a beautiful box large enough to fit my Mom’s when she’s ready. They are 90yo married 70yrs.
I have terminal cancer and am planning my own death now so my family won’t have to. I hope my ashes will glow like your dad’s do. Thank you for sharing this vision and hope to return to stardust and energy for eternity

This is a beautiful video featuring a really intriguing photographer! With all due respect, have there been other instances of seeing this sort of galaxy effect when studying cremains under microscope? I can't find another case like this and I'd really like to know if this is normal for most cremains or if her dad had a special energy showing up on film that was unique to him only.
this is ashes under a microscope, why are people so excited with this? you will be seeing lots of psychedelic images observing ANY thing under a microscope. God

To find comfort and even hope in the worlds most horrible event - we all endure and experience... there are little words I know that could describe a person like that -
Creative, intelligent, different, kind (as she's trying to share it with others), etc... is there a word that could depict such characteristics in a single person?

I understand the message, I actually love it... but the caption and the picture seems a little bit click bait that everyone might have misunderstood, they're expecting that the human ashes actually look like stars glowing like galaxies out there.
What you see is remnants of chemical reactions from high heat and mechanical decomposition of the matter in the bones. Calcium and bones contain many minerals which can have several colors.

This is great and amazing to see, but what exactly is that in the images? Why is it like that? Chemical reactions? Minerals in the ashes? Light being reflected?

Acts 24:15 in Bible states: There is going to be a resurrección of both the righteious and unrighteous. Tambien: John 5:28,29 Do not be amazed at this , for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. We are only asleep in death, your Fathers ashes is proof we are still alive spiritually and when Jesús comes back, we will live again on a peacful earth. I believe the Bible. You my lady Just proved theres life after death. Thank you. ❤

The Bible is so right. God gives ‘Beauty for Ashes.’ Isaiah 61:3

Who came here from Instagram?
What kind of microscope do you need to look at this I mean is an electron microscope or can I get one off of eBay? I have a couple different ashes from friends and family that I would love to examine get a picture of their galaxy so I can do a memorial painting or two without it being so morbid.
I'm not religious but I put my faith in the father, son, and holy spirit. She saw her dad's ashes through a telescope in what looks like a small universe. When astronomers look out into "space" they see an infinite number of stars, galaxies, and so many other things that can't exactly be explained. Is it possible that we are literally looking into the infinity body of the most high. 1 Kings 8:27 - But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain you; how much less this house that I have built!. We are created in his image so it makes sense to me that after being burnt to ashes it looks like a smaller version of a universe

So her dad's ashes have colors?
I used your images as background to make a picture. I’ll use it for the cover of coming book. because I had a vision, this year, with elements of your discouvery.
Titel in English. WE ARE ALL ON THE ROAD TO RETURN.
Translation by AI
I had a Vision.
Writing this makes me feel right back to a dream, or vision, that I had last week. I never know the difference between a lucid dream and a vision, but it was more than a dream anyway. So much is happening! In that dream I was shown a pot with ashes, and it was clear to me that those were the remains of my earthly body, the coat was used and ashes what remained. But besides that, there was a phenomenon going on that caught my attention much more and also had to do with the end of this life. It was a wonderfully beautiful spectacle of a kind of crystals that fell apart. It was as if the magnetism that held them together earlier slowly decreased in strength and the loose elements, one by one shining and reflecting, floating, drifted apart. A brilliant observation. It not only fell apart, but the parts joined in a much larger luminous whole and lost their individuality. As a drop dissolves in a sea, so the crystals were absorbed into a kind of galactic center. I was absorbed into the unity. Is that the essential transition? The essence of which I have made the parts shine more may be absorbed. As I write it, I still feel my essence, which is not gone, but added. Words fall short, as usual with this kind of experiences. I hope you get something out of it anyway. It is of course my image and want to share, nothing more and nothing less.

Am a very skeptical pero son but I truly believe this actually happens and it’s not a rare thing so many scientists and religions history several cultures as well have proven the existence of a universe a dimensional world a heaven
John 5:28 he and all that we have loved, will hear Jesus voice and come out of the memorial tomb ❤❤❤
I did 😊
what did i just watch
#deadsoon
She understand eternity but not quite thanks to our creator :)
It looks like our solar system in the heavens
Well God made the stars and planets and God made us from the dust of the earth so it would make sense that our ashes would look like the universe because God made it all.
We are all God. Everything is connected to source.
Is this THE ONLY TIME human ashes were looked under a microscope.
🔬
I think is WORTH having more proof. I believe in God without an inch of doubt in my mind bones and spirit but
Scientifically speaking is really neat. Unfortunately this being done only once doesn’t suffice for me from a scientific standpoint.
Of course is a beautiful experience and I am not invalidating that for her.
I’m just curious to see more of that and scientists express what minerals made this happen.

Where's the actual footage when he puts the ashes to a microscope?? I bet she puts some lights underneath the microscope to make it more appealing. LOL
We are made up of stardust ✨
THIS IS CAP!!! THEY DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS AT ALL!! LOOOOL
The very fact that people do this and think they see the universe.
Viewing cremains under a microscope can allow you to see the uniqueness and diversity of our most basic make up. We are all made up of minerals. During cremation the minerals in our bodies can turn shades of color, such as pink, green, blue, orange, and red. This is all due to the chemical reaction of the minerals to the high temperatures of cremation.
IF you would take a bounch of various minerals and wood, burn them together… it would produce the same results 😂
There is actually a cremation services that do print you out pictures like that after. Since every humans mineral makeup is different, it will produce various results. Some have mostly just charcoal look.
It should be proper to actually find the pictures somewhere, the pictures they show are paint drops on water...

If you watch carefully what´s done by the red paint, looks red, almost like cells, this is only a short docu on the actual piece, and that particular part is about creation, it is me trying to explore existence ending with my fathers ashes that resemble the universe. The experimental short film was recently screened at "Currents New Media". gracias Valería por tomarte la molestia de comentar.

Saludos

Can somebody take sand and dirt put it together grind the sand before putting it under a microscope and I’m almost 1000% positive you’ll see the same work that she just saw you might even have the have to apply a little bit of heat but then you’ll see our creator’s work and that we were created not evolved or a bust into what we are and death is not the greatest as you mentioned
As much as the story seems sweet and all, visual proof that we're made from stars? Mmm... nope, I'm not buying it; it's just giving meaning to something coinkadinkal, something we humans do in excess. Does look awesome though, what little was actually shown.
The minerals and metals inside your body came from exploding massive stars. We are star stuff, but in the grand scheme of the universe none of it matters. We’re just the universe experiencing itself
