Assalamualaikum, you made it in good process.Hyderabadi Bagare baingan means, with stem you have to prepare, but you had cut off the stem entirely,without stem bagare baingan is waste.
The recipe looks good, but is that much oil necessary? Secondly, I believe lady chefs should not wear jewellery on their hands & fingers when cooking & posting the videos...quite unclean actually & the noise from the bangles distracting. Pls watch videos of professional cooks...their hands & fingers look super clean & clear without jewellery. In full videos the hair is tied or cap is worn to prevent hair from falling into the food. These are just tips for presentation..thats all. Thanks

Yes we all scrape, Tap the vessel etc. but with the sensitive microphone, so close to the utensil, amplifies the noise, esp scraping, which irritates. If one can’t take constructive feedback, good luck to them in increasing their subscriber base, which is what all RUclips videos are about.
This recipe is very close to our Yennegai in Karnataka. But we don't use so much oil. It is not necessary, in my opinion. Masala looked good and I liked the fried tomatoes added to this dish. Sorry, but make eat healthy is perhaps not applicable to this dish I think. Otherwise a very decorative video, even if unrealistic as I don't know which kitchen would have that many brass items arranged like that and I don't know who wears so much jewellery while cooking... but it's your preference.
