- Welcome to my Feyenoord Rotterdam rebuild in Football Manager 2023, another FM23 one-off rebuild on this channel where I have rebuilt Feyenoord from the Netherlands (or at least attempted to!) with some YOUTH ONLY - can we take them to the top of Europe?

Good video jake the only criticism would be bringing in new gens in the final few seasons is essentially pointless would make more sense to do a 10 season one and have the squad get to it's full potential.
Can you rebuild standard de liege its a fairly big club in belgium and is struggling right now in relegation
Could you rebuild RSC Anderlecht next please? Its the biggest club in Belgium but at this moment, its very hard for them to end up in the top 6. Last season they finished 11th. They need a great rebuild if you ask me :))
Well you've now done Aberdeen and Feyenoord, which are my two favourite saves of all time. Shame Feyenoord have lost Senesi and Sinisterra now, because those two were absolute stars.

Senesi gave me massive headaches. Sinistera is a true shame, and they couldn’t get him either for upcoming season. But Leo Sauer is gonna be a big name I think

Rebuilds like these get me exicted to start doing them as well. So I booted up FM and decided to go the same route as the video but with Dinamo Zagreb. A very good club, with excellent youth prospects and good first team. The problem arises whenever big teams come and take my players but so far, I've managed to cover the departures with either players I've brought in or from the academy. Croatian title is basically given, but I did lose it once to Hajduk and besides one round of 16 in UCL and one semi final in Europa league, nothing on the European front. But I am currently in my fourth year and things are looking good. I have a quarter final in Europa League and I think I might be able to win it, given the quality of teams left in the competition. So to make a very long story short, I'd say try to do more teams like Zagreb or Feyenoord where you have a mixture of signing young players and having a very good youth intake. It is a lot of fun.

I reckon IFK Göteborg. A team currently struggling in the Swedish Allsvenskan. They have won the UEFA Cup twice, but, haven't been able to replicate their success ever since. A very good team historically that just hasn't performed. Currently sitting 2nd last in the league. How about try to make them great again and win them their first ever Champions League!?
Would love to see you try an MLS rebuild and seeing you try to work through all the registrtion and roster rules. Maybe Toronto FC? Fell off after years of success despite having a great academy and some elite players

Bournemouth and Excelsior of Netherland is kinda fun, they're predicted to be 20th, not much of fund u can use, and kinda a lowest underdog of the league, but the squad is full of potential.
especially as excelsior is another rotterdam team (with sparta and feyenoord) so that would be fun

Would love to see a rebuild of a Norwegian team! Bodø/Glimt or Molde are good teams pushing for Champions League, but it has been 16 years since a Norwegian team played in the CL.. Molde lost 2-3 to Galatasaray yesterday and need to win the next game

Can you rebuild SV Hamburg or 1. FC Kaiserslautern, two greats in Germany but in recent times were in the dumps. Would love to see the Kaiserslautern one because it's my favourite German team. Continue the hard work and the excellent videos, You made me interested in FM and I'm seriously considering buying it when FM24 comes out
Perhaps once you've done all bigger clubs you could try Roda JC, it used to be a massive Dutch club playing in the Champions League regularly, got taken over by a shady Russian businessman who was arrested and then left in financial ruin. Relegated to the 2nd division and haven't been able to climb up since.
can you show your selection advice before you go on a holiday? How do you keep everyone happy and how do you make sure squad is getting enough rotation when needed?

Could be a challenge but what about non league to prem challenge. Get a club to the prem from non league. Could be interesting. Only goal is get to the prem, none of this win the champions league etc

I am new to FM. I have a question, I am always buying players and they have like 4 stars or 3 and a half stars but at the end of the season they have dropped by half a star or even one star. Is that normal? Does it affect their performance? What can I do to stop that?

Belgian league has always been one of my favourites to manage in. I remember fondly my saves with Genk where I've taken them to European glory by winning Europa League in a final against Arsenal. It's like managing in France or Portugal where the country just churn out talents that you can take advantage of.
