i am waiting fm24 now, still in fm21, fm24 will be last of its kind its ok for me, i think its realease will be more stable release from all fm series since fm17 introduced new ME evolution. i also planned to skip fm25 because its kind of open beta phase for its unity ME, wait for fm26. skipping past 1 or more series is best for me to enjoy the game a lot, not always chasing new features this or that, it will be losing the fun playing the game like this.
