Good morning from New Hampshire. Its a beautiful 🌱 spring day in April .We actually reached 60 F yesterday! I am looking forward to walking up to our main farm at noon. The dirt roads remain dry. There are a few cows outside, with their new calves by the barn. A new beginning! Thank you for sending me the link to the band work out series. That was next on my list. I have small free weights, but the bands allow me to grab on, using an even tension with both hands. Also looking forward to following this series and getting into better shape for summer activities 🚴🏊🌞🔥⛺

I started doing videos with you 5-6 days a week this Summer. I love them all. I went and bought mini bands so I could do this video. My goodness!! I felt this in my upper body more than with the weights. This is great! It will definitely be in my rotation often.

I need this type of workout and you, April are the only instructor I trust for this. Two years ago I had spinal surgery and it wasn't until this year; that I have been able to walk a bit and other exercises.
