@dabáby what exactly do you mean? You don't need a PS3, just a PC, then you install the software, then once installed. You open up a game that was downloaded to play it.

3:15 - Don't advise people to enable SPU Loop detection unless they have a CPU with a low core-count. The setting was mostly created for 2 and 4core CPUs, many many years ago.
Hey buddy im playing spiderman 3 on this emulator and the entire game is like white lol best way i can describe it is if the brightness was at 1000% ive gone threw every setting and it all seems right idk how to fix it

@@therunawaykid6523 I’m not expert in “retro gaming” thing but, I think it depends on the device capabilities and that sort of stuff. Some games runs perfect for me, some kinda slow & stutter, and some aren’t working
I got a PS2 game runs weird and slow in my deck, while it runs smooth and fine in my laptop

It is simply not detecting the ISOs that I have extracted! Even if I go to the location where I have extracted them!
I tried RPCS3 a while ago but it was the same for me on the Steam Deck. I'm gonna work on trying again soon, I want to replay Sonic Unleashed again.
same thing happened to me. i just extracted the isos on the games folder and now it detects them. hope it works for u too
@@nokshidongotdeleted it's not just extracting the RAR and ISOs fellas, you got to do more to get it running!

@@trueAKspeaks You probably have a encrypted file and not what you need to unencrypt it. It took me forever to figure it out and i finally found this video that explained it simply, and gave me the tools i needed.

Every time it tries to compile PPU files, it boots me out of RPCS3 and throws up an error message saying, "Thread is too sleepy". WTF does that mean?

It actually shows up when he opens RPCS3. It's an Intel i7-7700, 16GB RAM, GTX 1070

Great tutorial! One problem though, I put my extracted games in the "games" folder that's already set up when you download rpcs3 as well as trying to create a new folder after the act and neither works, no games show up in the rpcs3 software when I try to add games using the steps detailed in the video... I'm not sure what else I can do! Any help would be appreciated! :)

What file type should the game be saved as? A pkg or a disc image file?

Simply works well on my PC, able to finish several titles eg. Bulletstorm and also Bioshock 2. Now I'm currently playing OG version of COD: Modern Warfare 1. Later I will put some gameplay videos in future.
Please note that this emulator AIN'T a cheapskate alternative for people who are even never have a console in the first place especially people who are never have any kind of $1000 rig to run it.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm experiencing horrible lagging issues in my emulator, thanks to the new update
Update: Never mind, I found the problem. My driver was out of date, so I had to update it with Geforce Experience. It fixed my lagging issue with my emulator
Why do you download the games from? Or does anybody else know of a good website? I'll be sure to only download games I own, thanks in advance.

I noticed when compiling the ppu modules the cpu will shoot up kinda high is that normal?
if ur talking about while booting a game yeah probably thats the case with any game- ur using the cpu so its gonna shoot up
