I'm a primary school teacher too (in Ireland, not the UK though), honestly try not to worry, just let them learn what they need to learn next ❤. The animals are probably adding to the stress. When my dog is unwell I cannot cope and I’m a ball of anxiety. I cannot imagine being where you are that things are limited on how they can help them. Helping those animals is a very admirable thing to do! Your children are watching how you care and they’re learning how to be empathetic and caring! They will be the most loving and kind adults because of watching you!
It’s nice that the kids have different holidays so you get to have much needed one on one time with them.
Also, low vitamin b12 or not enough protein can both make your hair fall out in handfuls.
I take all my supplements, although I'm not looking after myself very well at the moment! It seems to happen every few years. I last lost hair when stressing over changing Adam's school and the hair loss was immense. Before that was during covid in Uganda - back then was a full meat eater too!
True about the holidays, it's a little less hectic than having 4 off at once!
Sometimes she can wrap it or put it one instead of letting it down all the time,comb in a bun.

There’s a mom hack I saw on how to work on kids’ pencil grip. It’s hard to describe but I’ll try. Get a small hair tie, twist it into an infinity symbol, then connect each hole to the thumb and forefinger. You’re doing great and so is Tallie.

I know the feeling, of course at my age 70 my hair is always falling out and it’s very fine and very thin but it’s better to have that and have nothing I guess lol I couldn’t do it neither God bless you for saving the cat

I am all for home schooling, they get there at their own pace and enjoy learning more. The school system now is too channelled, young minds need to explore everything.

I am having the same problem with my hair. I switched to vegan shampoo as it doesn’t have all the crap products in it ! Also try either vitamin e oil or joiba oil , massage into scalp.

My toilet did it for years. Fixed today after years of leaking 7 litres of water per hour! Anglian water would not send anyone until last week. We have been paying double water bill for years.
Also blue light from your phone/laptop won't help you sleep at all. I forget that all the time :p
Emily water costs have gone up I believe. Can you encourage children and adults just to flush when the poop not pee. Loos use a lot of water. Also have you heard of a hippo bag which goes in the cistern to reduce water. Not sure it’s available locally just an idea 😊

As for the water issue. Sadly, if the toilet was running, it's up to the tenant to report it. How would a landlord be able to see that?
I can understand you may not have realised it was contributing to the water "usage" but yes IMO in that aspect youre responsible.
On the flip side it depends on how much he wants,is it a reasonable amount even with the running water? Does the bill backdate to before you moved in, or just for dates you rented there?
Maybe you could compromise this time and pay half/half?
We did report months ago that something is wrong and there MUST be a leak or something because there’s no way we’ve used that much water. The landlords plumber inspected house and also didn’t notice toilets 🤷🏼♀️ and since then, we’ve repeatedly said no there MUST be a problem. They failed to listen to us and just said there wasn’t any issues. No one lived in house before us, so no water was running. What a headache!
@@TheLarters Oh yes, you did say that I remember now. In that case it seems you did all you could. If the plumber missed it after inspection of the house then I think the landlord should just ask you to pay what your usage would normally be.
If there hasn't been a prior bill then he needs to make a reasonable guess of what it would be.
Maybe he can ask the plumber for the rest?!! Haha ..would be nice.

I suggest the only way to keep cats is to make them strictly indoor cats..keeps them safer. Outdoors is always a risk for cats anywhere, and Uganda seems like it MAY be even harder?
They also need to have certain shots to help prevent diseases. At least if you get them their shits and keep them indoors you should be fine.
Silver was a solely indoors cat, but someone must have left a window ajar 💔 it’s just almost impossible with so many people in the home in a hot country! I think it’s probably even worse an indoor cat getting out as won’t be hardy at all! I’m hoping now maybe we are upstairs in an apartment that Safi may stick around 🤞
@@TheLarters Yes I know nothing is fullproof, and you have a few good points there.
Hopefully, Safi will be okay. They say when you move house (with cats anyway) that the first few days in a new house you need to keep them locked indoors until they are familiar with the new environment, otherwise they will go back to the old place.

A thali - I think it's the name for the type of dish as several Indian restaurants do it here and you get a choice of curry, and unlimited rice, naan etc etc. Although we didn't need unlimited as didn't even finish first portion!

Yes, you should pay it because you live in that house not the landlord it’s your responsibility to make sure that toilet bowl was not running all day and all night long.
Interesting! We reported to landlord over two months ago and his plumber came to check, yet missed that? Yet we (not the professionals) are supposed to know? Every day we have told the landlord there is a problem somewhere and he needs to find it and fix it. National water said the same to us - that the problem is not their side and our landlord needs to look into it. The landlord admitted it was their problem, yet refuses to pay the bill.

Letting agent here…. I would put in writing to the landlord that the reason the water bill is high is due to a fault with the toilet system. As this was picked up late this is not fair on you. I would ask the landlord for a contribution towards the water bill. Living without water js not humane, and while the bill is your responsibility, the landlord neglect has increased the bill.

I am so sorry, and I am not being mean, but should it not be Josh dealing with the landlord/manager. The landlord hears the accent and thinks money. Can you not get a hold of the person who owns the home to sort the water out.

Why assume he is not? He’s been to the landlord office. He’s been on phone to the guy managing the properly daily. He is very busy searching for our missing dogs, but he’s even home now to again try to deal with it. The landlords are not Ugandan, although they do seem to respect Josh a little more than me. They still come to the house and see me so isn’t going to make much difference, they know I exist 😂

Where the cats boy cats, if they are then at one point they live so I think you should get girl cats and then you Nutar it otherwise you will get kittens, but girl cats don't leave.
Bindi and Silver were girls - and the new cat Safi is too! Blue and Lu were boys (had thought Lu was a girl until a few months in when noticed she was in fact a he!). All of them were neutered/spayed other than Bindi!

Maybe your iron is super low. If that's the case you'd need a tranfusion as the tabs won't help :(
