One needs strong legs and good balance to kick like a horse or a giraffe.
One thing I've wondered about the traditional Gi. Why do they have such long sleeves? Seems like movements would be more fluid/less restricted for the students if it were sleeveless.
I may be wrong here... but I think...most traditional martial arts don't have their uniform because it's more comfortable for the art but probably because that was what those guys were wearing in their everyday life...
If comfort is the parameter ... I would prefer shorts ....or wait a minute....... kalari Dhoti... link in description 😎😂🤞
