Insane rates! Have you tried this on mixed content shulkers like from hermitcraft? I was curious if the hopper minecarts behave as item stack filters as they fill up, not sure if that's a useful behaviour, but could be an interesting side effect?
@@Gamerswell That's a fair question. I feel it would be more of a problem behaviour than a useful one. As the hopper minecarts fill will 5 unique item types you could either see a severe decrease in unloading speed for very diversely filled shulkers, or a large decrease in speed for unloading subsequent boxes of a single item type. @@lozzo11omg111 i think this problem would be limited purely by hopper space so 5 per cart. If you have enough carts it shouldnt slow it down at all. @@vlad2305m You need the gate just for the hitbox, why complicated it with wiring the gate to keep closed, btw how you powerlock a gate? A gate that get powered will be open right?
Assuming the each shulker box has enough items so that it always yeets a full hopper minecart, the unloader should in theory unload at exactly 2304k items/hr, making it a 256x hopper speed unloader (not taking into account the delay before it starts yeeting). For comparison a hopper speed box yeeter is 15552k items/hr. I think the fastest box unloader before this was a 16x hopper speed one, so while it's not quite at the speed of box yeeters it's still extremely impressive, and I get the feeling someone out there is already working on a faster version
I should of clarified that box yeeting is not really a box unloader, because it deletes the shulker box. A box unloader takes items out of the box without destroying it. I'd say that is a useful distinction to make given the functional differences and tradeoffs between the two.
I’m pretty sure in the new update you can use the mangrove leaves instead of the shulker box to be powered and not connect to the fence Edit: mangrove roots not leaves
Yeah! Assuming you build at a rate of 3 blocks per second, that's 10800 blocks per hour- even if you build at an absolutely implausible rate of 10 blocks per second, and you need 9 items per block because you're transporting an item to craft into its block later (slime, redstone, wheat, etc), that's still only 324,000, nowhere close to two million.
