- Hi Everyone! Today I thought I would do a little life update Q&A with you. I am making breakfast, lunch and dinner in a cook with me style video. I start with a delicious and restaurant worthy chocolate, pb, banana smoothie bowl. For lunch is a healthy dill chicken salad and dinner are some baked burritos with a homemade Spanish rice.

I'm sorry if this offends anyone but Sydney is doing amazing because you've always put her first! I have a few friends who can't be single and aren't ever happy with just their kids! They're always looking for a Man! You've always put Sydney first and it shows! You such an amazing Mom and person! I'm sure it's hard at times but you rock it out!!!

Cats make such great pets. They are SO much easier than dogs (I do love dogs though). For example, when you go away for a day or two you can leave them with their food, water and litter boxes and they are just fine. Also you don't have to take them out for a walk as soon as you wake up (as you do for a dog). Basically they give you such love and freedom and they will snuggle up with you all the time. (I just lost my 22 year old cat and I miss her so much it's painful).
Awww I’m so sorry for the loss of your fur baby 😔 This is also a fear of mine with losing pets & especially now with Sydney. But the joy they bring is so worth it I know 🥰
I think it's a good idea to socialize more. You might meet someone that way/organicaly. I'm thinking the same thing for myself as a single mum. Lots of love to you guys. 🙏❤
I have two dogs and one cat. The cat is definitely the easiest and my son has the most amazing bond with him 🥺 you should look into a Russian blue they are very personable and don’t shed💕
We have a russian blue as well. Very friendly and great family cat.

Those summer camp options sound so fun & unique. It will keep her busy, while also keeping some sort of structure around by being with other kids & adults. Gives her something to look forward to! Gives mama a break too. I know the guilty feeling we can get, when they want all of our attention. I think that’s awesome all the cool camps you’ve found for her & can’t wait for sunshine / summer!!
We are definitely lucky to have some unique options!! I remember summer camps when I was little still to this day
Hi Hayley, you are the most amazing Mommy. Sydney is a really beautiful little girl, and she is innately very sensitive. She shows her love to you, but also makes sure that you are ok. I've noticed that quite often. I also like the way she is so willing to stand firm on her ideas. It all come from you. I LOVE your recipe for chicken and rice. YUM. I made the chicken baked burrito recipe & they were good. My kids didnt care for them but my hubby loved it & wanted the leftovers the next day. Thanks again Hailey!!!

We have two dogs on the bigger side, they are a ton of work especially in the beginning and especially with young children lol. I sometimes despise them and would much prefer a sassy cat. I'm also rooting for you in the meeting of a special guy area. Loved this format of video too!
Yeah I just cannot fathom another responsibility at this time & especially with where we live. Who knows in the future but atm … sorry kid haha

I'm still adjusting to the time change, so may make these and then eat all 3 at once, not being sure which mealtime it really is. LOL. We missed most of the nor'easter this time. OK, so the smoothie bowl is all things we like, so that's a GO. Maybe let Sydney get comfortable with 1st then 2nd grade and she will then likely be mature enough to help care for a pet with you as part of your family, household. The baked burrito looked good. Marine Biology camp is a wonderful offering you have there. I love chicken salad and that looked delectable, so I had to go get lunch. LOL. Sydney seems very well-adjusted. Kudos to you.
I haven’t adjusted to the time change either 😭 I have been wide awake at night. Trust me… the smoothie bowl is delicious!!!!

You can get a small dog that not a big and she will like them Shih tzu there small dogs and a good breed of dog just a idea .

Omg yes! A cat is so much easier. Our cat is 13 years old. & we’ve never owned a kitty litter. He goes outside. & he even know how to knock. LOL! I kid you not.. my cat will come & knock when he’s done doing his business. 😂
