Hello,
I'm looking for a DC to DC 4:1 Isolated Converter with input range of 9 - 18 volts and with output of either 12V at 33.3 A or 24V at 16A (at leadt 240W of output power).
Any suggestions?
I don't have any recommendations, but you can take some time to look online on Amazon, eBay, and many others. I am sure you could find something that works

Where can I find the schematics? I know we can build with alot of kind PWM controller IC, ilove to build with SG3525 but sometimes we wanna see the layout design also

Hello, I have a question whether it would be a problem to convert the STL file to 4 power supplies
The STL files are for printing the converter mounts. You can print as many as you need.

@@theinnovati0nlab782i think he means a quad mount design. For fitting 4x into the same firm mount so it looks more neat. Just guessing.

I bought this boost converters and it seems not to work for me.i bought 1500w 30A boost converter to convert from 24v lithium battery to 48v inorder to power my ebike.but what I realized is that I dont use the ebike for long and my battery runs down. I dont know why can anyone help?
Converters will boost your input voltage to the level you need. However, you need to consider the associated power losses as a result of conversion efficiencies.
This is even a more important consideration if your project is battery-powered because you have to factor this into your battery design. If not, you will not get a good range on your ebike.
For example:
If your system is pulling a contant power of 1000W from your battery, and your converter is operating at 90% efficiency, this basically means that you are losing up to 100W to dissipation....and this could get worse at lower efficiency numbers.
The best thing to do is to design your system with the right batrery system - if you can afford to do so.
