vagabrothers I guess sticking to the basic rule of saving and travelling will be good in this matter too. Eat street food(if you are not sure about the quality of the food then feel free to consult the locals), walk and explore around instead of hiring a cab( I won’t recommend travelling in a public transport when you are with a girl and in a different country), I also won’t recommend travelling to an isolated or less famous tourist spots if you are with a girl. Well if only two of your are travelling and you’ve got a lot of money and an international license then you can hire a motorcycle to explore places since that would be more romantic(Beware of the traffic of that country). In the end I would say that research a lot before going on that trip to make it a safe one as you’ll have an extra responsibility on your shoulders. Stay safe travel safe. Cheers 🍻
I would suggest having a quick convo the night before or the morning of to talk about what you want from the day - I expect that will change for most couples often. It may also be fun to just take turns making decisions, if you got your way today then your partner should get their way the next day - of course working around prebooked events and tours. The same way couples sometimes agree to take turns choosing and paying for date nights at home, they could take turns making decisions on the trip. Thanks for the great content!
Plan.. Plan.. Plan.. I feel like this is the best way to travel and SPEND the LEAAST amount of money as possible. With that said, keep all your big expenses out of the way, so you spend your trip having the best time possible while traveling! Would LOVE THE SHOUT! Small RUclipsr producing content consistently!
My wife and I can attest to a lot of these lol Our main tips are 1. Make sure you both know what the plan is. If you don't it will cause resentment from one party 2. Mix it up sometimes I want to do something adventurous and she wants to do something more relaxing like a spa. We always give and take when we can so I want to serve her when I can so sometimes we will do a more relaxing day rather than adventuring and then other times she will let us do something adventurous because she knows I like it. 3. Sharing meals can save soooo much money 4. Always have extra space for women's luggage because you know she is going to bring way more than you ;) 5. Journal together it will help you have an account of all the memories!
My husband and I are the total opposite we like to spend every waking minute together when we travel. With our home life we spend so much time apart that when we travel we like to be together.
OMG!!! You guys were dead on with the couples travel therapy video!. I needed this back in 2009 when my husband and I traveled to Spain for our honeymoon. From NY JFK we boarded the plane late (not my fault), we wanted to do different things because we had separate interests (who knew?) I over-planned; but we got to see different parts of España... however; the best part of our trip was 1) we got lost in Toledo, which meant we had to cooperate with one another, which doing so, we found our way back down to the train station. 2) our flight back to JFK was delayed a day, my luggage was sent ahead and I didn't have clothes to change into in the morning. But my husband did the most amazing thing (without me asking) he roamed the streets of Madrid to find me an outfit to wear on the flight home. After that gesture of kindness, he became my hero, but wait... there's more! Iberian Airlines put us up in a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel. Our trip ended on a great note. For our 10 years anniversary, we are going to Germany, Austria and Prague! Great video you guys!
What we do is take out let's say 300$ and spend it all until it runs out. So then it's the other person's turn to take out 300$. This way, you don't have to keep track who paid for what.
For sure! When I travel with my boyfriend we usually sleep at the same place, eat at the same place, do the same activities and go out at the same bars. Of course if someone want an expensive souvenir, they pay with their own money (usually the credit card so the system still works). But if you go travelling with different budgets and split to do your own things often then this would not work for you.
I almost do the same with my girlfriend, but we for example each put 100 in a common wallet, that we use for restaurant or other activities that we do together! And for personal expanses we use our own money. I like this share wallet idea because it's stress free and we don't need to calculate all the time who needs to pay what
These are great tips, thank you! My significant other and I traveled to Amsterdam and London after only four months of dating. It really tested how our relationship would turn out, which led to us learning so much about our lifestyles and what we like to do/eat on vacation ha! It made it so much better. Three and a half years strong!
This is my first video watching both of you.. and im hooked! What awsome content! Btw, idk why, but my 1ST impression of Carrie was like, 'She seems so genuine, nice, and like an awsome friend,' Anyone else?
You're right about overplanning. When traveling you need to go with the flow. Even though I like having things planned out, when I travel I often plan little (perhaps a couple of activities that I want to do for sure), but keep the rest of the days open for flexibility. It's nice to slow down and enjoy yourself.
After 25 years of travelling with my s/o, we absolutely love to travel together but sometimes those moments where each of you goes your own way for a few hours can really save a trip. We all need a little time on our own now and then. So, when you're on a trip for more than a week, having a day here and there or even a few hours, where you split up, is so amazing. Sharing the stories from your day is can be absolutely magical and helps bring you back together. Or at least it has for us! NEW TIP: Having a plan is nice but be flexible! Sometimes transit to/from or time at a place can take longer than you planned or you simply want more time there. OR perhaps you wake up and all you want to do is lay in bed and watch TV or read all day. Let those moments happen and enjoy your day. Be open and flexible if you want to go out but your partner wants to stay in. It's a vacation for you BOTH so make sure you both enjoy your time!
Excellent video! A couple of my personal tips: 1. Be super patient and flexible with the plan or anything. A lot of the times, one of us is ready to do something and the other one is still waking up. Or the plan might be to go snorkeling, but the other one might not be feeling too well that day. 2. Make sure to get photos together and put in the effort to get nice photos! Try to ask someone to take it for you or set up a tripod. It might be awkward to ask, but the photo looks so much better and you're never going to see that random person again. There's so many times I wanted to post a cute travel pic of us together and realize all we have are stupid selfies. Selfies are nice for personal memories, but you're going to regret not having a nice photo together to show your friends and family.
As a travelling couple, we clearly agree with these tips! we found out the hardest part for us for our first trips was driving! When we arrived in Iceland and rent a car for the first time we were screaming a lot in the car because we needed to adapt to each other. When you know your weakness and you accept it, it is a lot easier to work on it. Now we are used to each other reactions and can easy drive for a long time without KILLING each other haha!
leeturnbull82 That's rude! Some men just can't handle certain women. For me, many couldn't handle my being independent and opinionated, but I value those two things as two of my best qualities and only an ideal person for me would as well and would respect and admire that. My boyfriend can usually handle it but sometimes he gets a complex.
Hey guys! I really appreciate the tips because I've seen most of them when traveling with my girlfriend. Now we decided to quit everything again and we will start our journey traveling next year and I think those tips will help us a lot. Thank you! "Happiness is only real when shared"
Awesome tips! Coming from someone who’s been traveling with my partner for almost 14 years, & now with 2 kids in the mix, these are great relationship tips in general not just for travel.
Since we travel full time as married couple, we’ve gone through many high peaks and some lows... We’ve grown more as a couple and know for sure more beautiful and unforgettable experiences will come along. And of course love to travel solo so now and then. You seems to have fun as a couple, so sweet 💕
Love the way you two look at each other :) I'm definitely an overplanner. I don't tend to visit places more than once, so I do a ton of research to find out what there is to do and see and what I'm interested in most. I'm perfectly happy to toss the plan out, but the planning helps me to sort out my must sees and must dos. I hate leaving a vacation with regrets.
Wow guys!!! 1 I've a relationship with my gf and we've traveled so many times and I recognize all points that you say... I have experienced all! So nice to see that we're not the only ones!! Keep on traveling!! We have two kids now and we see that making concessions, giving each other time to do whatever they want is even a bigger challenge, but we make it work! Love your channel!!!
So true being hangry is seriously troublesome when it comes to travel! I try to bring snacks everyday to avoid it. Also trying new food is one of my fav parts, so sharing meals is the biggest bonus.
We are a couple and you are so inspiring, you are already where we are working to be ❤ you keep sharing great value, you are a example for all of us. Just thank you!!
One of the biggest tips I can suggest is one you already mentioned and that is Personal Space. Always take time for yourself. Especially important as staying in a hotel and Airbnb rooms can be quite cramped. I am very much a morning person too and love that quiet time in the morning when the world is your own and everyone is still sleeping. Thanks for the great post guys, I have forwarded this on to my partner :)
So first we love the video, great work guys. We have been traveling for about 15 years and honestly one of the most forgotten things couples forget is to plan around your meals. You can plan the perfect trip but when one of you is HANGRY then it all goes south. We have learned to always travel with a protein bar in the bag and plan for special restaurants to eat at. Hope that tip helps guys. Subscribed!!!
Super awesome tips. I would add that if you're both a new couple, to take a weekend trip first. Start out slow, and save those longer trips for further down when the relationship is ready for a little more challenge.
My husband's job is transient, so we travel a lot together and have been since 2009. All your tips are so good. Talking and getting on the same page about how much money you want to spend and what you want to spend your time doing is mega important. My best tip is to talk and prioritize must do activities. What we do is I research all the things to do in an area, then I mark my MUST DOs and he marks his MUST DOs. Any activities that are the same, we do. Then with the remaining MUST DOs we usually take turns doing what he wants and what I want. When we wake up in the morning, we choose what we want to do that day from our list, if anything--sometimes we both agree to relax all day instead. The budget issue is less of an issue for us since we are married and share our money, although it is a major problem for many couples. Our biggest budget issue is deciding how much of our money we are comfortable spending on a trip and how all of our wants fit into that. As always for couples, a little bit of love and understanding go a long way! I will also add that if the trip isn't a vacation, then keep your expectations in check! If there won't be much time for sightseeing or relaxing, embrace the time that you will have! It can be as simple as doing your best to eat authentic food and really "see" the locals that you do get to meet at your hotel or wherever.
I agree with Justine Hietkamp. This video does not apply to me and my relationship at all. My husband and I have been together for 22 wonderful years. We don't compromise and we don't fight because we have so much in common. If it wasn't for work we'd spend probably all 24 hours a day, in the same building or area. We love to travel together and mostly cruise or road trip. I'm the one that makes the itinerary but I always ask him what he would like to do. Usually the only problem is deciding what to do. Swim with rays or submarine adventure? Oh man we both would have a hard time picking between those so then we talk about it and weigh pros and cons. We love doing the same things we've always enjoyed where we've gone. The only difference we have is food which is great because we don't fight over the same stuff. We also ask each other if the other is ok, hungry, if we need a drink. On the ship we usually take one day to do our own thing for an hour. He likes to find a quiet sitting spot and I like to explore the ship and find all the hallways. But on our last trip we ended up buying walkie talkies so we could still keep in touch while we were apart. If anything travel brings us together stronger and we can't wait for the next one. We're each others' best friend so no need for arguing about stuff. It's about being a team.
Thanks. We had our cellphones off so we wouldn't be charged extra. They were selling them on the ship so we picked up a pair. They were fun and helpful. Thanks for replying.
I think it is a little easier to travel when you are married. As long as the communication and decision making goes well, the money isn't really a problem, since you are more used to using/sharing a pool of money in whatever system you usually use. When you are just dating there still is that sense of separate pools of money and the issue of how to combine them fairly and smoothly
Going on our first trip together in July! having been a solo traveller in the past, id say my biggest fear is for him not wanting to go off the beaten path as much as I do... he's very weary about places he doesn't know while I'm super adventurous and comfortable since I've done it for a year on my own
This is simply beautiful. I learnt to slow down travelling with my girlfriend the hard way as well. But since then, we've been starting to enjoy it way more than before.
great tips! I went on a trip with my boyfriend recently and we definitely got on each other's nerves because we didn't really have any me time. We learned our lesson for next time though!
Awesome tip!. I think another one is know each others strength and weaknesses. Whether that be language, geography, and/or skills. For example, if someone is not the greatest at driving, you most likely don't want them driving on a side of a cliff in Monteverde... at night, while raining, with a bunch of fog.
Thanks for sharing !Great tips ,solo travelling is so different when travelling with partner and friends! All these tips applies to traveling with others! Communication is very important before the trips and allow some alone time to do different activities on your own. Split the cost but not counting every single penny. Pamper your partner int he trip (a gift voucher or prebook sth they like to do). Talk to your partner from time to time during the trip if you have any issues, before it comes up into a big issue. Try to experience and enjoy what your partner like to do,put yourself into his/her shoes, experiencing the things in a different view. If gonna being travel as a couple for a long time, split some time to do solo travelling and reunite to do couple travelling, you will treasure more the time being travel as couple and have a balance you can enjoy your alone time to do the stuff you like.
These are really good. We can't think of anything too add to these tips at the moment, but we promise to make a response video with some unique ideas! My favorite is to "Travel Individually". Do not be afraid of this! We do not travel everywhere together. We fell in love as individuals. Its important to keep that identity through travel if you are in a long term relationship. At some point it is great if you naturally travel separate and then take your partner to that place you visited in the future. It allows for one partner to organically take the lead when you arrive at your destination. We have been together for 18 years! Traveling apart definitely helps you build trust and embrace your significant other more!
You guys are great together. Carrie is Rad! Infectious smile, she should be on TV. Should be VagaPartners, I'd watch more often with Carrie part of it.
This is a cool one, thanks for the tips ^.^! What my man and I do about money is we make a "shared money bag" where we both put the same amount of money. If we don't spend it all, we get 50% back or go out for dinner or whatever, if we spend it and need more, we both put same amount in again. Also we always overspeak mainly food decissions because I'm a vegan and he loves meat.
Travel with my gf often, Mexico, Barca, and Geneva booked for this year and I totally agree with everything you're saying! I too found out most of this the hard way haha! Happy travels!
In this situation the best decision, if you want to remain together 😂, is to move elsewhere. Moving abroad is a big decision and can have LIFE changing effects so it's important that you sit down and agree on a place together. Once you move to that place, COMMUNICATE. If you don't feel comfortable there or anything changes about how you feel about that place, talk to your partner about it asap. Great idea for a video though! 🤔
"...use ur trip together as an opportunity to fall in love again..." (WOW) that's how u do it, that's how u keep the love young even when u're getting older. Excuse my goofy Self, I just love 'LOVE' [giggles] u two r just realllllyyyy beautiful people (inside and out), and great tips 💗🌈✨
Thank you so much! I have a feel, that my fiance gives in too often when it comes up what he wants to do, I always encourage him, but he always says that wherever I go, he goes, too. Ever had that problem? It's not that he is clingy, I just really want him to do and see the things he really wants, else it's not a balanced trip.
My boyfriend and I took a spontaneous 6-hr drive through the desert to go to a rock concert in Vegas last summer.🤘🏼🌵 Definitely a change from our quiet lil town. ☺️ Loved the tips guys! ♥️🙏🏼
Great advice! I find the "go off on your own" tip particularly challenging personally. I'm gonna give that a try more often ;-). I got super sick in Venice and forced myself to go out with my husband all day. I was so miserable that I slept on all the water buses. We would have been better off doing separate things rather than me making him miserable the whole time!
Probably true - maybe next time someone gets sick, the healthy person gets supplies and comforting stuff for the sick one and then goes and explores for a few hours, then comes back to check in ?
vagabrothers that sounds perfect! We still had a nice day but if I had rested up, we could have had a nicer evening together I think :-). It would be interesting if you did a video about being sick in other countries (if that happens to you guys). Italian farmacias are quite interesting to navigate! Especially in small towns where they don't know English!
Some great tips and comments thanks guys. Traveling with a partner can truly be the best of times - dotted with some of the worst of times ;-) Jokes aside, it takes time and experience to become comfortable with your expectations of traveling and it becomes easier the longer you do it together. From my experience of traveling with the same partner over the last 15 odd years (wife for the last 10!), I've come to understand how important it is to have the same mindset of what travel means to each of you. Being patient, supportive, generous and kind towards each other throughout is a winning recipe. And above all look for the funny in everything and enjoy each moment you share together.
We are a traveling couple!! We are building a travel channel and going to be traveling somewhere once a month! We always try to stay in the moment and enjoy every minute.
Guys , I totally get the eating to avoid a row . Being a diabetic I get irritated with myself & others around meal times if I’m late eating especially if I have to inject insulin .
Wow wow wow! What a great informative video. So much great info, mostly common sense but we tend to overlook it and you guys beautifully put it into perspective. So much personality and thankfully no rambling.
Thank you for these great tips! :) Traveling as couple is awesome, but since everything doesn't go always that smoothly it's good to acknowledge these pros and cons. And btw, you are a really beautiful couple!
How do schedule the time you need (especially for activities)? Do you schedule for example an actitivie for 4hours and let you drift for the rest of the day.
That’s definitely one way to go about it - personal space time depends on your partner and yourself and how much you need it. Just have a chilled conversation about it before you go :)
The only fights I have had with my gf whilst travelling are because she gets really hangry. I have learned the hard way to always carry some snacks with me lol. When it comes to spending, we have a joint account and all the expenses come from there. In the UK Starling bank actually makes it really easy.
Pool a budget that’s Dutch. Put it on cash and card. Then spend it together. Discuss along the way:). This helps in machismo countries where he feels better “paying” or I want to be “spoiled”. It’s old fashioned but exists
Thanks both these videos were helpful, my fiance and I will be spending 3 weeks in Japan in October and it will be the longest period of time we've spent together in our 14 year relationship
OMG I DIDNT KNOW YOU WERE/ARE CARRIE RADS SO!!! I followed you guys separately at different times, months apart, and I recently found her and LOVE her content
These are some really great tips. We always say travelling with your partner is a great test for a relationship due to the stress and new situations you're put in as a couple. Sometimes you even get to see a completely new side to the person that you're with which can sometimes be good or really bad 😂 If you can survive a long trip together, you're probably a good fit for one another ;)
great tips, thanks for sharing! me and my boyfriend usually put a certain amount of money into a separate purse and use that for all shared expenses during the trip (also works when travelling with friends!) of course this only works when using cash :)
The trip will be for my daughter and her fiancee. You have asked some very important questions and I need to gather more information. Thank you so much for your reply. If you have any information that will help with their decision, please feel free to share. We love your videos!
+Vickie Hawkins These two haven't even gone on honeymoon, much less planned one for other people; I don't think they're the best people to plan a trip like that for your daughter. I would want to know whether the engaged couple have traveled, alone or as a couple, in the past. Do they want to relax on the beach? Explore a city? Be active (biking, hiking, skiing)? Are they willing to fly? How much time do they want to take, and at what time of year?

Shubham Haldavnekar I've traveled with only two other women in Morocco by cab and train and we were never bothered or felt unsafe.
😊 I like the way she looks at him. It's soooo sweet! You can tell they genuinely like eachother, not just for the gram. Omg❤ total goals
I find she looks a bit lascivious to him, quite honestly. Thats not a compliment.

Love the idea of journaling together ! :)
I love this 😍
Or travel alone and get all the b!Tches your credit card can handle with out the ball and chain
My husband and I are the total opposite we like to spend every waking minute together when we travel. With our home life we spend so much time apart that when we travel we like to be together.
We also spend almost 100% of the time together, it’s really just when Alex feels like going and doing something active and Carrie doesn’t
Me and my husband to. We like to do everything together when we are traveling.
Justine Hietkamp Wow! we too. We love spend every minute together 🤗
I have the tips, now I only need a girlfriend XD
Koen's Travels your comment made my day 😂😂😂😂
Koen's Travels i need a boyfriend but just for travel .😂🤣
LMAOOOO
pity you live in argentina then :P
what are you waiting for? go to the supermarket right now and get some phone numbers

EAT BEFORE YOU GET HUNGRY!!!! i totally can relate
Hangriness kills relationships

That’s a good idea!!
That works only if you both spend equally. If a partner has a smaller budget then they would have to pay additionally.
For sure! When I travel with my boyfriend we usually sleep at the same place, eat at the same place, do the same activities and go out at the same bars. Of course if someone want an expensive souvenir, they pay with their own money (usually the credit card so the system still works). You also need to be able to get money out with no or minimal fees. I feel like foreign transaction fees can add up real quick.

Since we travel full time as married couple, we’ve gone through many high peaks and some lows... We’ve grown more as a couple and know for sure more beautiful and unforgettable experiences will come along. And of course love to travel solo so now and then. You seems to have fun as a couple, so sweet 💕
Love the way you two look at each other :)
I'm definitely an overplanner.
Great Videos .
I lived in Italy more than forty years ago and your videos took me back to my youth.
Thank you,
Hassan
We are a couple and you are so inspiring, you are already where we are working to be ❤ you keep sharing great value, you are a example for all of us. Just thank you!!
One of the biggest tips I can suggest is one you already mentioned and that is Personal Space. Always take time for yourself. Especially important as staying in a hotel and Airbnb rooms can be quite cramped. I am very much a morning person too and love that quiet time in the morning when the world is your own and everyone is still sleeping. Thanks for the great post guys, I have forwarded this on to my partner :)
My husband of 34 years and I get along best when we travel.
When you said OK GOOGLE.. My phone responded "Voice not recognized".. hahahaha
Hahaha!! It worked for another viewers google home - it answered the question haha
same here.. mine answered :D
Love the Walkie Talkie idea!! Sounds so fun haha
Thagirion9 Exactly, our relationship was the same way. It was like vacations where our lil adventures and new worlds to conquer!
I love how these tips work also really well for just living life together as a couple.
We watched this right after an argument and it made us feel so much better. Thank you!
Glad it didn’t end the relationship - so many sad travel stories like that!
Great tips! Travel can be stressful at times but when you are with your significant other it is easier to overcome issues!
I looooove this! 💚💚💚
You will have some tips of your own soon we imagine!! So happy for you :)
Hello How are you Where r u from
I spend 28 days in Europe with the wife and kids, definitely do activities that incorporate everyone. Also, make sure someone has an idea for the day
Sounds like a good family option
This is a cool one, thanks for the tips ^.^! What my man and I do about money is we make a "shared money bag" where we both put the same amount of money. If we don't spend it all, we get 50% back or go out for dinner or whatever, if we spend it and need more, we both put same amount in again. Also we always overspeak mainly food decissions because I'm a vegan and he loves meat.
The way you two look at each other is too sweet!
aww the way she looks at you 🥺
We love a full day with no plans because we are always up for new adventures! Or sleeping because Jesse is always jetlag!
I could relate to the hangry tip particularly when I am tired and hangry
Travel with my gf often, Mexico, Barca, and Geneva booked for this year and I totally agree with everything you're saying! I too found out most of this the hard way haha! Happy travels!
Uh oh! What happened??
vagabrothers haha the hangries man! AWESOME channels bros! ♥️
Do a video on moving abroad as a couple. That is a relationship tester! When one of you likes the country and the other hates it😣
Was that the case with you and your husband?
Anyone who says "I thought we were going on this trip primarily for instagram" seriously needs punched in the face. Assuming she was joking of course.
Agree 100%.
Yeah like, who says that in real life?
Same thought
They make their living this way. At least in part. So the rest of us need punched in the face 😜.
Coffee ready when you wake: GOALS 😀
Haha basically! Although the tables have turned lately and I'm making her coffee now...
EXCUUUSE ME. You've made coffee for like 3 days out of 2 years....
Hmmmm
My boyfriend and I took a spontaneous 6-hr drive through the desert to go to a rock concert in Vegas last summer.🤘🏼🌵 Definitely a change from our quiet lil town. ☺️ Loved the tips guys! ♥️🙏🏼
Nice! Who did you see in concert?
vagabrothers hi! Rammstein and Korn🤩
DU HAST!!!
thank you so much!!! I have been with my boyfriend in the first travel together and I found this tips really help for the next one ♡♡
👏🏼👏🏼
Especially in small towns where they don't know English!
thank you so helpful. Many of these resonated with the problems I've faced
Thanks for watching
Hello How are you Where r u from
Some great tips and comments thanks guys.
You guys got a new subscriber
I must say!! i love the way you guys look at eachother
one of the most useful videos I found on the internet. Best.
Great tips! I will be using this when we take our honeymoon in Ireland! Thank you both so much for this video...
Guys , I totally get the eating to avoid a row . Being a diabetic I get irritated with myself & others around meal times if I’m late eating especially if I have to inject insulin .
My google home reacted to the "ok google" part. Scared me so hard lol. My heart cannot handle. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
Elaine Ian haha mine said "Sorry, what are you asking?" 😜
Mines too! 😵 my heart dropped
It was really helpful . Thanks guys
Wow wow wow! What a great informative video. So much great info, mostly common sense but we tend to overlook it and you guys beautifully put it into perspective. So much personality and thankfully no rambling.
Excellent advice from both of you.....Bravo!!
Thank you for these great tips! :) Traveling as couple is awesome, but since everything doesn't go always that smoothly it's good to acknowledge these pros and cons. And btw, you are a really beautiful couple!
Thank you for watching!!
I'm excited to go on a trip!
congratulation, the tips in couple are so great!!
Perfect timing with this video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great topic!! Awesome content!! Nailed it
THANK YOU! GLAD YOU ENJOYED!
Pleeease tell me where that hot springs is that you soaked in and applied mud masks?!
A bit cheesy at times, but overall some good lessons and tips here. Thanks for sharing guys!
I can't handle how cute you guys are together T.T Thnx for the great info!
Best couple on RUclips ong
Do you have a video of your Costa Rica trip? I’m going in July. I need some help about traveling within the country. Thanks
THIS IS AN AMAZING VIDEO! LOVE I LOVE IT ! LOVE IT!
Loving it guys!
Now I need girlfriend.
You two are so adorable! I am glad to know you are still going strong. Booty burn might be my favorite phrase ever!
Haha - careful though the “Booty Burn” is real!!
Pictures or it didn't happen!
love the video :) been travelling the world with my girl now for 7 months in a row
Nice! Any tips to add??
any financial tips??
The only fights I have had with my gf whilst travelling are because she gets really hangry. I have learned the hard way to always carry some snacks with me lol. When it comes to spending, we have a joint account and all the expenses come from there. In the UK Starling bank actually makes it really easy.
instead of splitting the meal check, just take turns paying. much easier
We often do that too!
Pool a budget that’s Dutch. Put it on cash and card. Then spend it together. Discuss along the way:). This helps in machismo countries where he feels better “paying” or I want to be “spoiled”. It’s old fashioned but exists
where are these places that you shown in this videos?? those pools/spa garden thing especially
I like the production of your videos. Good to see you taking the time to make it look good!
The cons aren't even cons. This is sooooooo cute! 😍
Where are all those places in the videos? They all look amazing!!!!
so so so excited for the Italy vlogs!
Coming next week!
vagabrothers awesome
Thanks both these videos were helpful, my fiance and I will be spending 3 weeks in Japan in October and it will be the longest period of time we've spent together in our 14 year relationship
This was very helpful!!!! Thanks👍🏽❤️
Glad you found it helpful!!
OMG I DIDNT KNOW YOU WERE/ARE CARRIE RADS SO!!! I followed you guys separately at different times, months apart, and I recently found her and LOVE her content
Hahaha yes Maria - Carrie and I have been together for over two years... she’s the best. Cheers, Alex
These are some really great tips. We always say travelling with your partner is a great test for a relationship due to the stress and new situations you're put in as a couple. Sometimes you even get to see a completely new side to the person that you're with which can sometimes be good or really bad 😂 If you can survive a long trip together, you're probably a good fit for one another ;)
Sick vid! Encouragement for my travels. Peace!
I just watched Carrie's video on her channel! You are my new favorite RUclips couple.
Such a lovely and honest video! Thank you
Cheers Ariane
I think traveling as a couple is the best 😊👍. I love traveling with my husband ❤️.
Gracias por todas las recomendaciones! Estamos de acuerdo con ustedes 100%. Son una pareja hermosa e inspiradora! Un saludo
great tips, thanks for sharing! me and my boyfriend usually put a certain amount of money into a separate purse and use that for all shared expenses during the trip (also works when travelling with friends!) of course this only works when using cash :)
Please suggest the most romantic, beautiful, safe and affordable places for a honeymoon.
Anywhere in the world? Or are you looking for any region in particular? Also depends on what you and your spouse like to do :)
St.lucia! #1honeymoon destination in the west! 🇱🇨
