i love the Friendship/Personal Scenes between Chief Boden , Severide and Casey . Specially that Boat Scene in this Clip , they Way he tells them that Story about Gorsch . Its like a Father tells his Sons a Story about his Past . And in this Version The Chief is the " Father" and Severide and Casey are the "Sons".

One LFB vet I know well, said that, in most cases, his Watch breathed a sigh of relief when someone was 'promoted out of harm's way', but sounds like you had it way worse than that ... which makes me wonder whose shoes they were ... ahem ... polishing ... Oh, and the guy that used to play Sub-Officer Hallam (sp?), in 'London's Burning' used to shop in my local Waitrose ... he actually didn't look much different from way back then ...
