I will say that the mask one was just unfortunate timing but a lot of these were hysterical to look at. Particularly I liked the ones that looked like sandals. Moral of the story, not every tattoo has to be good but it's best to only get them when sober. Insert thunderbolt emoji
For the girl who got the unfortunate mask tattoo, I have a suggestion (I don't have tik tok). I'd get a decorative mask tattoo right underneath it. For example, the theatre masks where one is happy & one is sad, something like that, she could even add the date she got it (a personal reminder of when you decided to have that mentality), or write pre-covid as a funny add-in. Worst case, it can be covered up, or she could just get the word "mask" lasered off and replace it with "facade" or something, or laser off "wear a mask" and later tattoo "be fake" (refuse to be fake). She'd just need a couple laser sessions to lighten it, you don't need full removal if you plan to tattoo over it. Unfortunate, but she has options if she wants to change it, and if not it just shows how funny life can be.
The backstory with fairy tattoo: i saw it on her ig story and there was this guy nearby that was tattooing if you answered a question correctly on his ig story and she did so he came to her place, i think they got drunk and he tattooed the fairy on her and a few other things on other people which are no better than the fairy...
When I was sixteen I got a tattoo outside of a punk show in the parking lot. It's basically just the Green Jello (the band) guy but throwing up. There's an eyeball and a safety pin in the guy's puke. It's not exceptionally well done but I still love it.

Then I have the generic nicname I call my husband on my ring finger (got it right around when we got married&) and I also got a matching tattoo to him he has one tattoo thats a 7 pointed star that's sentimental from when we were like 13/14. But mine has the opposite shading to his.
