That... was Kholek Suneater "Herald of the Tempest". Here's a lil snippet of his history...
Kholek was present when the terrible pact between the Dragon Ogres and the Dark Gods was forged, pledging their race to an eternity of servitude in exchange for immortality. The sagas tell that Kholek's part in the bargain was such an affront to nature that the sun hid its face behind a bank of stormclouds and has never looked upon Kholek since that fateful day. True enough, Kholek's coming is heralded by roiling black thunderheads. Where the Herald of the Tempest walks, a raging storm blots out the sun.

@@OleHerland it is pretty much the same as in 40K, you serve the dark gods and they bestow gifts (weapons and mutations and power) upon you if they see fit to do so. however should the warrior or cultist displease their god, become unable to bear all these mutations and gifts or simply because the chaos gods find it funny you will have a fate worse than that and become a chaos spawn.
the ultimate "reward" for those walking the path of chaos is daemonhood, your soul is replace by warp energy and you become an immortal daemonprince, however this too is a lie for it just means that you become even more of a slave to the gods
If you want a break from space marines and chaos, you should check out a video on the war in heaven, it is the backstory to the Eldar, necrons, and orks

@@OleHerland Don't bother, just copy what works and learn from others, plenty of ppl went through the moves is already a cliche seeing small youtubers get too many views for their own good from warhammer content and struggling afterwards with the algorithm.
For the record, i dont even like the total war cinematics that much,the ones from gothic armada 2 are much better
Btw, total war warhammer 3 is free to play this weekend
The cinematic looked cool but its just a shame that the faction was total garbage as far as viability. After Warhammer 3 not the case anymore but this was for Warhammer 1.
