After doing this for like 5 minutes i was literally sweating and winded. After doing it for like 5 hours total over a few days i could sort of do it but not quite as fluid and now after doing it like 15 hours total its still surprisingly amazing cardio and i think mine looks sort of comparable i fkn did it at a dance this last friday night and people were so impressed i was overjoyed so thank you

I have always been amazed by this ease of movement, but after seeing the power contained in those (wonderful) legs, it no longer surprises me. If she kicks you can meet Jupiter. The translator is driving me crazy, with how beautiful the Spanish is. He is not able to do it the way I want.
