    I've had my M12 Ext (30-06) for about 7 years now and its just an amazing rifle, very accurate and very well thought out in every way

    Can you measure for me few dimenssions on this rifle please? What is exact mounting length between scope rings (in millimeters if posible) and how high is the rifle scope central tube bottom from the bolt ?
    I would greatly appreciate.

    What's the difference between the extreme mauser and the impact mauser?

  • @clangerbasher
    @clangerbasher 6 лет назад +3

    I think the M12 Impact is wonderful. I wish they made it in .223 with 1:9/8 twist.

    I like the big bolt knob, the trigger and the forward sling swivel placement.
    I don't like the stock,

    How much does it weigh?
    Also, the Mausers (12&18) vs the tikka t3?

    • @kevinm2832
      @kevinm2832 5 лет назад +1

      The M18 is about the same. 2.9kg.
      The M12 just a little heavier at 3.2kg.
      That makes the M18 a good buy in Australia where i am. You can pick them up about $300 or $400 cheaper than a Tikka with a better MOA guarantee.
      Im looking at one myself

      K.G. Hahn it’s really lightweight so it’s great for hunting,that’s an Argentinian opinion,not a British one,but hope it helps

    I feel, for a gun of this reputation, wood furniture would bring out it's best features, Turkish Walnut or etc...lovely gun though.

      For 3000€ you get a custom carbon rifle with a lone peak action . Engraved macined sakos here sell for 8000€ what a joke

      The locking lugs lock into the barrel not the receiver which makes rebarreling well spotty or impossible.

  • @canadianguy1955
    @canadianguy1955 5 месяцев назад

    I'll be honest I think these are far to expensive for what you get. This is Mauser, why are they being outdone on price and features by a modern made model 70. No juled bolt, the wood versions have horrible low quality laser checkering and I haven't seen anything saying these are glass bedded like a model 70 is. Overall the M12 lacks features, and quality when compared to a cheaper to buy model 70.

  • @beardedrancher
    @beardedrancher 2 года назад +1

    These new guns all sound like someone thumping a hollow tree when you work the action. Just sounds cheap and poor quality.
