I'd rather use this with iron sights and in 8mm than my Yugo M48 which I'm using currently. If only I could afford it, lol.
if you want a similar rifle but for half the price checkcout the bergara b14 hunter I picked one over this you get alot more than what you pay for..
I pushed the button to take the bolt apart and it twisted sideways...... now im taking it out to the shop to re position the cocking piece lol typical mauser. love this rifle though
the wood stock is so much nicer

Wood stocks are always nice, but are they bedded? I would kinda hope so for 1400, but I don't want to assume.
