- Well I got there for this afternoon session on Saturday, and wow Bewdley station was so bury as sometime I never had time to change were I was filming when I was by the yards.
But I did allow sometime to capture the Atmosphere around the station,
The locos looked great and sounded like sweet music.
On My Next Video From Sunday You Can Come To Your Own Conclusion Why Chase 46 Failed On It Return Run Back To Kidderminster.
Mike, This looked a good event and you captured it well. Regards, John
Thank you John, regards Mike.
All things considered Mike you did a wonderful job of filming all those great locos around Bewdley on Saturday, and my favourite ? Well i think 37409 just edged it. Looking forward to the Sunday filming Mike, meanwhile thanks for sharing and take care mate, Colin.
Many thanks Colin for watching I just wish I could get well, and I'm way behind in watching yours and other peoples video. Mike
Nice grunt from the 50 and 37 and good views round the station.
Yes yes must include everyone not just locos, Cheers David
Glad to see you were able to make it out Mike.Great footage as always mate.Cheers Dave👍
Yes Dave me too but I don't know how I did it, cheers Mike.
I couldn't get to this in the end so great as always to see your footage Mike. Looking forward to your Sunday video 👍🏻
Thanks mate, Sunday has been uploaded.
Bags of nostalgia there Mike.
Yes there was floods of it Bryan, the SVR did amazing Job, ATB Mike.
Well i recon you had a fab day at the SVR Mike! So much wonderful traction there old and new! I absolutely loved the 14 Teddy Bear, so pleasing on the eye! Wonderful shots and scenery and as always enjoyed. Hope your recovered now, cheers Nick.
Thank you Nick, I couldn't do three hours. regards Mike
Great selection of clips Mike, glad you were able to get out to see the SVR gala!
Yes I could only do three hours, cheers Andrew
Hope you're feeling a bit better Mike.
I only had a couple of hours free on Sunday morning, which I spent at Kiddy station, enjoying the atmosphere. Loved the sounds of 37, 45, and 40 as they ticked over. Indeed I closed my eyes and it was almost like being transported back to New Street in the 1970's....
I’m a little better but nowhere back to normal mate, did you see the 37 recusing the class 46.
Yes when they do these galas it takes all back to the days when we got into the love of train. 😊
@@antman09ful1 I'll keep my fingers crossed your health improves quickly. Alas I literally only had the time to watch the 37, then the 40, then the 46. I didn't travel, just sat there listening to them ticking over then leaving...I never even realised the Peak failed....most unusual.
Was you at Kidderminster when the class 37 recued the class 46,
these Diesel gala always brings back the good day we remember when we got into the hobby.
No I wish I could say I'm feeling better but I'm not apart from not going to the toilet every hour.
Sorry enjoyable Mike - glad you were able to go. Take care Les
Top notch footage mate, hope you're feeling better. This gala had such a good selection that it's difficult for me to choose a favorite but if I had to choose, I'd go with the two Westerns, D1062 in particular was in fine form this gala
Yeah there was so many good locos at this Festival, I would have to go for the class 20s . 37s and the 70.
Regarding my heath I'm not back to normal yet, but thanks for asking.
Hi Jacob yes it was a great collection of superb locos, I could only make two short visits over the weekend, cheers Mike. 😊😊
Thank you Jacob. 😊
Thanks for filming this, lots of memories there. Shame about the Neanderthals hanging out of the windows.
Well I understand your thoughts about the window hanging but increases the number of visitors to galas.
Pleased you enjoys my video, look out for what I did on Sunday later.
Splendid shots and captures there Mike! Nice sounds and liveries. Good action and variety there. Another gooden from you! I really like 37409 + 70005. That was a great gala by the looks of it. Very nice indeed! Really enjoyed, thanks for sharing! Take care, have an awesome day and all the best! Jamie
Many thanks for watching watching my SVR festival video, I only did a few hours, ATB Mike.
@antman09ful1 Anytime Mike, was a great one. You did well getting these that day 👍
Great video from your brief visit there on Saturday afternoon...did you see me and Paul waving at you as you shouted out to your friend just by Bewdley station?
Yes I did, no he shouted out to me Matthew, Cheers for watching.
Great vid Mike, i didn’t think they did lineside passes anymore , I applied for one about 3 years ago and was told they were to stop doing them
Cheers Kev you are right the LSP stopped around two years.
If we bump into each other I will explain how I still how one.
Very nice Mike :)
Thanks.
Thank you Simon it was a good one.
Excellent video Mike!! Love the shots you get with the lineside permit of all the different locos on offer!! What happened to 50034s paintwork? It looks a bit shabby! I love being at the SVR events although couldnt make this one sadly. Bewdley station looked like it had a great atmosphere to it!!
Don't know Jacob properly didn't have time to finish the job, but a but is paint is not important, yes it was a shame you could get up this way, and there was a lot of happy people enjoying a great day, and I only did three hours, regards Mike.
More to come.
