According to what Jonny Lipsham studios said to compare to a chapter book 📖 vs a studio album 💿 was that they are viewed as stories they are similar and similarities but in a different way.
Well it starts at the end. It’s about a guy who doesn’t have a memory. As he learns about what happened, you get to see what happened too. So the whole movie goes backwards. I wonder if a song can start at the end and go back to the beginning. 20th Century Trip seems like strophic form to me. There’s only one part that repeats. It’s a cool way to end an album! Strophic form is where the lyrics change but the music does not. Amazing Grace is an example. Or the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. There’s no chorus or bridge. Yes you can tell a whole story without any changes. That’s a great story. No chorus or bridge. There are only verses with some instrumental breaks.
@@Songwritersbehindthecurtain Question? But there are no question marks lol You said you wonder if a song can start at the end and go back to the beginning. I was just sharing one that does. btw Momento is awesome and would be good album concept. That I haven't seen before

I'll bring honest. I've been doin music since 98, and loops are ez but.....it's not making your own 100%. I barely started using loops bout 2 years ago. When you make your own melody its that much better!
I’ve been making music since 1997/1998 as well. I made all my own music, melodies and all. Professional organist / piano player. I am very capable. So I see the benefits of that side. 100%. However, I wish we would stop with this argument. “It’s not making your own 100%” Well neither is using a virtualized version of a CLA-2A. And none of us hand made the sounds we use in our songs. Are you putting mics to pianos and recording the keys personally yourself? The drums as well? On every single song? If not, you’re using a kit, a one shot, a sound, a synth, an instrument, designed by someone who was not you. Which means you fall into the same category as those who use samples. Using these peoples sounds is “ez” but it’s not making your own 100% 🤔 Why does Making music have to be hard for it to be legitimate? Making music should just be exactly that. Making music. The easier the better. Means you can express yourself exactly how you want to without a college level music theory knowledge barrier for entry. If it’s better for you, that’s great! But that’s not the same for everyone else, you know?

@@jacksp8de that’s my question and it needs to be answered.
HOW IS BRUH'S REMIX OF HIS OWN SONG.... BETTER THAN EVERY OTHER REMIX OF HIS OWN SONG!!!!!!!
