also imo you should probably contact the person you're making the remix of and ask him/her about the analytics of the video youre working on and ask them from where they get the highest reach from or something like that. basically targeting the same audience of the person you're making the remix of!

Main thing I got from this vid is that when you're uploading you should set your VPN to whatever country you want to target the most. I wonder if it's true with other platforms thank tiktok. Anyway, thanks for this! Remixes are awesome, too!

It’s true with platforms where your audience is mostly foreign, so tiktok, youtube etc. works but Facebook doesn’t work like that, for Facebook you wanna target interest over location because it targets your fans much more and foreign people are usually connected through your fans.

Love ALL your mixes from this, genuinely every single one was a banger to me and I LOVE how differently and satisfyingly you flipped the originals!! The base samples were already really catchy but the way you layered them up in each respective mix and interpeted them was super fire 🔥
BUT I gotta say, the thing that made me chuckle the most is how after 6:57 there's just this "Footage Of Ed, He Is Thinking" for like 8 seconds straight before you go back into explaining mode. It just has this "okay, for the background of this narration, I just need a recording of me looking deep in thought" kinda vibe that amuses me (the fact that you look like you were briefly smirking right at the start of that makes it funnier)

I truly believe if u presented the tiktoks differently, it would have gone viral. If u ever decide to try this again, I'd say try showing the original first, then quickly show yourself adding stuff to the remix and then show the result. Because to go viral, u need to reach "other" sides of tiktok that don't already know the original. Great mixes though. Really enjoyed them.

The thing I notice often with tik tok(especially music related videos) do so much better when the visuals are simple. Not sure why that is, but just a thought. Let me know what you think of that. Amazing flips man! I'm new to Tiktok as well and the musicians and producers on there are insane. It's actually a great community if you tailor your feed to only include musicians. I can't figure out the algorithm either. I've had videos that hit in the weirdest countries ie: Azerbaijan. It also seems to favour new tiktok members as my first few videos have significantly more views than some of my later. I do feel the remixed/duet videos do get more views though so you're on the right track. I think it's about consistency too. A video every day and short is best, nothing over a minute.
