I love this app , I usually just play on my PC , but if I’m driving to my buddies house who’s an hour away sometimes I’m waiting for bro to get home and just playing these classic games on the go easily on my phone makes time pass by hella quick . It’s super convenient , I know android been doing this but it’s nice to have it on apple now. If they add a PS2 emulator soon it’ll be too crazy
Great video. Very helpful approach on how to maximize the experience. Your enthusiasm is probably reflected a million times over by people from your era so I’m glad it’s available.
Nintendo could have gotten ahead of this by making an official store or an official app, in partnership with apple, but they are stingy, and now it’s the community serving the communities needs with Nintendo cut out. Nintendos own self protection ethics hurt them when it comes to severing their own base.
I just had a binge of legend of Zelda the original and I connected my Xbox controller w/ AirPods Pro 2nd gen and it was amazing soooo cool to play these games up on my big tv 😎🤙🏻
I don't know, but sounds unlikely. You have a game within an emulator, within an app, within iOS. I imagine the programming would be challenging to go through so many layers and security settings.
For the airplay, i do wish some games, like Super Mario Land 2, where auto fit to screen. Also im sadden that when u play in airplay mode, there is lag input.
has anyone figured out how to connect a controller to your iphone, and airplay Delta to the TV and play NDS games using TV as top screen and phone as bottom screen of NDS?
Find a site with the codes, I was having better luck with game shark codes. Then in delta you open the menu> cheats > enter code as well as save name. This is where I was having trouble. Won’t let you add/save without having a cheat name. Then you can save and you’ll be able to toggle on and off. I can’t find a way to delete once added though. Some cheats I can’t figure out but there were several I was able to with not much hassle. Turn off once done using or only have one on at a time or game can become a bit laggy.
A) I'm STILL rocking an old GAME BOY ADVANCE SP and I have second hand copies of Pokémon Red Blue Yellow Gold Silver Crystal and Ruby (looking for an AUTHENTIC copy of Sapphire) and IF you CAN get your hands on a device that lets you read ROMs from game cartridges it SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM TO EMULATE YOUR AUTHENTIC COPIES of those retro games 2) Nintendo MIGHT come after Delta OR Apple over this and hard to say what would happen IF THEY DO D) looking at UPGRADING my Apple TV myself IEIGHT) I THINK there's NOW a BLUETOOTH N64 controller accessory for the Nintendo Switch I'll have to double check that
Video starts around the 2 1/2 minute mark. The fluff at the beginning makes me not want to watch the rest of the video. Reminds me that artificial intelligence is real and quite possibly wrote the prompt for this.

Bro's got Bluey on his TV. I know I can trust him.
Quick note, airplay DOES create input lag, the best way to reduce this lag is to connect your phone to an external monitor.
what do you mean? By that a computer monitor?
And how you do that ..
@@Emu105 USB-C with iPhone 15
@@jakethesnake8242 i think he means like connect you phone through a usbc to hdmi hub directly to a tv or monitor 👌
Or don’t forget to turn on iron
Being someone from Britain and thus being out the EU, this being available natively on the App Store is the first advantage I’ve seen from Brexit 🤣
EU has it too. You just need altstore(yes its free)

I’m finally putting my Stadia controller to use with Delta
It’s crazy how in 2024 im playing the tony hawk DS games on my TV
It will be so awesome if the Delta app can also run on Apple TV/4K.
Just connect your iPhone or iPad to your tv via usb c cable
Or you can just AirPlay / screen mirroring from phone to Apple TV. That’s what I do.
Retrofit works, but not close to the ease of use imo

I live in the EU and I simply changed the region in the App Store and was then able to download it. This took less than 1 minute.
Will saves transfer over with iCloud from iPhone to iPad and back?
You can currently only save your data with Dropbox or Google Drive. Hope this helps!
Does it support two controllers for 2 players?
Yes! You connect through Bluetooth I tested this with 2 ps4 controllers and super smash bros for the n64 works great.
Looks awesome. - Jeff
2:42 ipad almost gave me a heart attack fr
Would the backbone work with this?
Probably the best option. Have it and use it a lot.
yes it does!

Anyone know if there is a way to connect two iPhones to trade and battle in Pokemon gameboy games?

@@erik93203 have you found a way around this?
What about the SteelSeries Nimbus+? Will this controller work with Delta emulator?
🐬🤝🏾 & snowboard kids 1 & 2 got me n a chokehold 😂
I use the Turtle Beach Atom Controller
I think there might have been a court ruling that emulators are legal. Like, especially if the company is not selling/supporting a game anymore.
Does PS4 Controllers work also?
Yea
Pokémon Stadium FTW! 🥳
My iPhone is overheating, what can i do
Question, does anyone know how or if you can run light gun games on here? I tried and thought it might use touch screen but no such luck.
Can we use stadia controller to play?
sure

Can you trade Pokémon ?!
nah
Battery+gaming = screen dimming+throttling (At least on Iphone 12 mini)
Does anyone know how to get the Pokémon crystal cheat codes to work 😅

Epilogue Operator for ripping your roms and exporting/importing save files ;)
Yeah smashing Pokémon yellow out through a pair of AirPods is just like listening to it through that tiny speaker. 1:1 comparison
I've got a Moga XP5 connected to my phone but not showing in Delta. Ideas?
Kinda weird how you can't download free apps when broke. (Yeah, yeah broke-ass millennial here, joined THAT club a while back...)
