    Isn't customer success about how the customers achieve their goals? How is that about you? Like churn or net MRR

      They only talk about the submetrics of churn in the second half. Basically every customer interaction becomes a small customer success metric. And they try to predict where the customer will be likely to cancel and offer them suggestions on how to continue instead.
