After i started watching you i increased from 130-150 in 30 mins to almost 10/min
Going into practice tool and just purely farming, I first got about 70 cs in 10 minutes, then later on I got 90 cs after some work
Is it fine for an ADC to splitpush if his solo laners decide to aram ?
What do you do if they send 2-4 people for you every time you split push and your team sits in mid lane literally afk or clearing raptors and wolves?
Also, if everyone is playing "perfectly" then mid, top, and bot would all be "splitting", or literally just rotating. And if all the laners don't go to dragon fights and push lanes, you're basically saying to give up drakes. All laner's playing perfectly would just increase the amount of pick potential the enemy team has by 3 times.
@@lejhind4ryadcarry328 Yes, but only if you know for absolute certain the capabilities of the enemy team, and there location. If champions you can outplay are not visible/turn to contest, go for it. If 2+ enemies are unknown in location, or the super fed that can easily dive onto you is missing, you'd better stick to just the collection zones of the lanes.
Remember - missing that dangerous wave will pay off more often than not. You can't farm when dead.
Also, utilise jungle camps. Say your splitting in bot, t1 towers are down for both sides. You push the wave just beyond your tower's safety, and no idea where the enemies are - get krugs. Gives you time to watch the map, learn locations, and determine if the wave is safe to continue pushing.

You know, it’s really annoying when I’m playing Aatrox or Jax and I splitpush botlane and the enemy sends 3 at me but then my team decides to walk over to me instead of doing baron or taking mid towers.
My frustrations come when we win a fight and could take a tower, but everyone backs off or goes to a different lane, leaving me to try and solo the tower before the other team either rotate or revive.

I wish my average junglers would learn atleast the basics of wave management, i usually get screwed over by a jungler coming by for a "gank" but doesnt even get a flash, then he starts pushing/taxing my wave and gives the enemy a freeze, then he leaves

the secret for a good gank is timing, positioning and map awareness : junglers should only gank lanes when
a) they know they can secure the kill
b) enemy laner is overextended until they can flank them from the back
c) when enemy jungler is at the opposite lane
d) when your team's laner is in danger and needs help immediately
try telling these to your jungler, maybe it might help
@@vinaayagamkarunagaran3439 yeah, my junglers know none of these. I almost exclusively get ganks when my jungler is done clearing every single jungle camp, then he gets a flash maybe, and then taxes my wave and breaks my freeze
@@MadnanTheArcher if every other role in your team is good other than jungler, maybe you should try jungling because usually junglers don't understand the laners well, but if a laner jungles, he can see which opportunities can cause a good or bad gank since he knows the laners full potential

This happens to me all the time in my games in gold elo. Say we are about to do dragon and I am mid lane, so I try to push out the waves so they crash into the enemy tower before rotating so I can punish the enemy if they don't go and collect those waves, and team is always mad at me because I don't group as fast as they want me to.
Another thing I hate in this stupid elo is how junglers always force bad dragons without considering the game state, which means they think it's good to take a dragon just because they can, even if I as a mid laner is hard shoved in under my tower and would need 1-2 ganks in order to get prio, or bot just reset etc.
Really, just fuck this stupid objective. Idk why people tunnel so hard on it just because soul. Yeah, soul is nice, but my goal is not to have a 25+ min long time playing for soul each game, but to try to end it as effectively as possible as early as possible.
* because lucian is constantly checking minimap and activly looking for what they are doing with his free cam, he can react in time to carry the random dragon fight his team is going for while he threatens to take the tower uncontested.

10:30 i wish that was the case in low elo. What actually happens in low elo: We get baron buff, and my team goes to farm the jungle, where they get caught and we instantly lose baron buff.

@@ibrahimgamer4827 Split pushing doesn't work like that, you need your team to create a distraction. If you split push while your team doesn't create any pressure on the other side of the map, then the whole enemy team will collapse on you. --> You die and your team still doesn't do anything.

I've been playing ARAM only for many years and got tired of it (it's actually dogshit) and went back to summoner's rift recently.
Whenever I play it's always surprising how many people just leave waves with 10+ cs push to their turret, I thought people got better over time but they still do the same mistakes as back then!

Have you heard of Hotelling's Model of Spatial Competition? This video's strategy is just to get advantages by going against the trend. Basically its a very selfish strategy because it relies on your team not doing the same, disregarding objective fights for more cs, and forcing your team to either give up the objective or fight outnumbered fights.
If they keep sending 2-4 people to kill you, and if your team does nothing in the meanwhile, the game is only going to get delayed. And in low elo solo queue, you barely get anyone to listen to your baron pings, or they do it 30 seconds after you die.
If you split push, literally the worst case scenario is 4 man ace, lose baron. The best you can do with a champ that's not trynd or fiora is tier 2 turret or inhib turret. The best case scenario is you die while 4 man run you down and your team starts baron 30 seconds after you die.

@@Tartiris1 I just played a game, I was getting perma pushed by an irelia as vayne. My rammus jungle didn't even gank once. So I split pushed bot after laning phase, team got 4 man aced, they ran it mid and of course I can't 5v1 so we lose. Team blames me for split pushing. I guess this is how I get to challenger.
If only my supports were not obsessed about following me to every lane throughout almost the entire game

@@3picgam3r99 i experienced that with a velkoz "support" the other day. Was up 40 cs from enemy adc and everytime i go to a free lane he shoves it in. Enemy adc proceeds to have more cs than me in 10mins
same with the lux "supports" in general.
As a mid main, the junglers coming in for a gank, then our opponent backs off and he takes it upon himself to help me push the wave.... bruh you have 4 jungles to yourself, leave some farm for us 😭

11:50 When you try to split push, let's not forget that the whole team will swear at you even though you are doing the right thing. They don't know a single thing about split pushing and swear at you because you are doing it. Last game I did this, was when 3 enemy pushing bottom lane while I was pushing the mid lane. The reason that I didn't go to the bottom lane is, there were only 1 ally and I wasn't fed enough to protect our tower, so I tried to get the most gold out of the mid tower instead of walking to the bottom lane for 20 seconds and sitting there or probably dying.
I had a game where I split pushed and got 3 towers and my teammates were ping spamming because I wasn’t at the dragon fight when they all got wiped lol

I'm a low-dia high plat jgl main and can confirm, sometimes it was me that actually understands how the lane works, and I get to farm all those "unwanted" waves.
I often end up the same or more CS than mid/adc, and I'm not even a carrying jgler (means I never steal cs from the laners).
This is pretty helpful. I pretty much just play norms and as Zoe I'll often start to get a lead but before I can really snowball both teams decide to start going ARAM ridiculously early and I lose my lead. It may be time to ignore them when they start doing that to get my cs up when possible. I tend to get As almost every game but I have yet to get an S for mastery due to my cs and it's embarrassing having 80k points but still only mastery 5, even if I'm usually not doing poorly.
Zoe is not a splitpusher champ!! You have to splitpush with champs that can either 1v3 and kill one or get out alive.. I mean in low elo you can 1v3 with many but.. Zoe is not a splitpusher, definitely.
I am a mid main, I’m unranked and just starting out, everyone on my team will always come mid and then we share cs. I never knew what to do, should I stay with my team or go collect waves in other lanes. Thx, this guide helpfull
Never group for no reason. If you see waves coming towards your towers, just go there and collect it.

at 6:30 saying that your team can poke them off baron while you get towers is really funny, as i already know 100% for a fact, that my team instead will hard-engage their team and get quadra killed by the 0/7 master yi. As i have seen it happen several times before
yes but you achieve a decent situation by pushing bot and making the enemy pay for taking baron by losing 1 or 2 towers, however if you are playing a splitpusher champion and have teleport it may not be a bad idea to look for a teleport flank onto baron after crashing wave into bot, as long as you think that teleport can win the fight and get baron, the chance of this flank working increases significantly if enemy toplaner has no teleport but backs to hold your splitpush because you can turn it into a 5v4 flank on baron this way. The trick is first and foremost analyzing if you can win the 5v5, if not you should aim to take towers while splitting and ping your team to concede baron while stopping enemy recalls instead of engaging 4v5, and your aim is to take towers asap until somebody comes for you. If you can win the fight however it's not a bad idea to crash bot, teleport for 5v5 and win it with a flank because enemies will be losing botside farm if you made it slowpush towards you before flanking, which costs them twice as much if you actually win the 5v5. If you cannot split and cannot 5v5, then look to bait one, or even better two people towards you, place vision beforehand, and outrotate them for a 4v3 with your team with teleport(unless you are a mobile champion who can do it without teleport) while they look for you on bot
If you see at least 3 enemies on the map and they are not on the lane you‘re currently farming - continue farming. If you see no enemies stop farming, retreat, wait until you see more than 3 enemies and go to the opposite side lane that they‘re on.
Easy as that.
Fixing the wave apparently implies that you return later to pick up that slow pushing wave, because otherwise it's gonna tear down your tower.

Yeah. The point is to fix the freeze in the middle of the lane so your minions do tower damage. The tower kills your minions which forces the enemy to lose a bunch of gold. It can also force the enemy to have to react to the minion wave. When your minions die the enemy minions will arrive and bounce the wave back towards your tower. More waves will arrive. This is when you want to fix the wave again.
11:15 I do not recall having an enemy fiora hitting my inhib tower while grouped at baron.
I also main fiora, and am constantly split pushing to apply pressure.

I'm pushing top while my team randomly engages a 4v5, that's right they start it. They lose horribly of course. Next few seconds a bunch of people ping me.
I know fam. this happens to me but about 15 seconds before that, I would have spam pinged them danger and said don't fight without me in chat.
Frustrating at this is, we all feel you, I just mute people. No one is muted at the start of the game, but the moment someone pings or types to flame, they're muted (even if it's not me they ping). It's much easier to play the game if you just assume no one is pinging or talking.

What I noticed is that even though everyone calls jungle a broken role (which it is, but only in low elo), they cant splitpush well. Even if you play tryndamere jungle you have to be with the majority of the team because if you dont as long as baron or drag is up, the enemy will simply take them cuz they have the smite advantage.
Sometimes its worth it to give up objectives for towers. More specifically if you can do a solid split over getting dragon is something i've seen a lot of junglers do.
Lol did he actully make a hint towards that random ARAM game that happened in the LCS years ago. That game was legendary to watch live btw. Both from the casters casting an ARAM and the chat that followed.
Just remember this tip only works in elo above silver. In silver and below, your team will group and flame if you don't 100% of the time. There is no educating your team every game so you can use this proper technique.
You dont need this tip to trive in silver elo. Just do something and you win, since everybody is throwing away their games.

Not to brag but i do this all of the time and can confirm. Wave management was the first thing i learned. Then i worked on playing around jg early. You work on those 2 things and i got 80% wr in silver with gold mmr. For the last 2 months.
how do you fix a wave that doesnt properly bounce because you win lane hard and therefore your minioins are stronger?
Hopefully you can take the turret if you're that far ahead and then you push your wave past the ruins of their T1 turret to achieve a similar (though not as good) effect. You still have prio in that lane but the enemy is more easily able to farm it.
This why I always bring my thickest gurl to every split push. You might bring 3 to 5 people, but my Illaoi is taking at least 1 of you with her, lol.

2 weeks ago, I was as Teemo, pushing top lane all the way to the enemy nexus, while my team in midlane, teamfighting, is crying in chat, because I'm ''not helping them in anyway''. I gained enough CS to get an S, and won us the game. They still weren't happy. Some people just can not be pleased. Sad.
Not sure what they want me to do. Go to midlane causing me to lose CS and gold and possibly die to enemy heavy CC comp? Pretty much to throw the game just to please them? Never mentioned skill in the chat, but got called a noob and no skilled player by a Galio player and pretty much learnt for the 100th of time that my champion pick doesn't need any skill to play.
Such is LoL. Very positive community with all the right tools to help other players to not lose their motivation. Not.
You get flamed if you suck but you get much more flame when you try to carry 1v9.. All your teammates are saying is really just "stop trying to be better than us come here and be a noob just like we are, let's aram mid". But you MUST know the ONLY way you might have to win is keep the push on that lane.. Keep it on 😘
This is why I always tell anyone if they want to climb they should play top and play champs that are split push gods like trynd, jax and trundle. When I play trundle top I deny the fact that my team even exists and just split push top 24/7. Whether I lost lane or not does not matter since I'll be putting pressure top and the beauty of it is that if I get collapsed on and I'm fed it turns into a fight in my favor, if I'm behind then it still does not matter since I'll be worth 0 gold. That's why the lesson of the day is that you need to focus on cs and placing pressure on the enemy team because they'll start making mistakes and these mistakes will allow your team to acquire objectives a lot easier as they have to send someone to deal with you or you'll take inhib or even end the game

I haven't finished the video, but I have to say that since i started to watch your other videos I got a cs per minute of 8.2 in most of my games.
As a Fiora main, I have a lot of fun taking inhibs while my team trades 4 for 5.

In such a scenario more people would need to rotate. They are telling you to free farm given the chance. Not engaging 1vs1 against a stronger opponent :)

Ok, let's say that im pushing, and im close to their base, and my team is starting a bad fighting mid, and they lose it, what should i do? Tell them to stay back and don't fight? Everytime i say that and they are still starting fights
im sayin' this from a botlaner perspective, here on botlane everything is black and white if they start a bad fight mid with all of their members there and you cant come to help em(reasons: you die instantly, you dont get there in time, your way too behind for you to deal effective damage, the fight just looks too weird and u dont wanna risk it) you can look to push the lane ur standing on and take their turret or take all of their jungle camps(depending on how much time do u got untill they are done with that fight), take herald/drake and ward in crucial places(next objective your team's gonna go to is drake you ward drake, next objective they gonna be on is a turret you ward a place that the enemy team will possibly ambush your team etc.)
the map is your only friend because if you see them coming to you without looking at the map your probably dead in the next 5 seconds, never risk going sidelane if someone you cant kite or kill is not on the map at least one lane distance between you and him
be happy about dudes that int teamfights they are your tanks no matter what role they play (assasin/mage/fighter etc) they let you deal damage for free ,
use fog of war for surprise attacks
tell your support to ward the enemy jungle after you killed em
dont expect your team to win anything play with the mindset that if you didnt joined that fight its probably doomed so continue your job without looking back
and the last thing win! welcome to botlane! 6:35 for example of somethings that i said up there.(look at his map he saw every member of the enemy team and full commited on that)

I have a question! I play lux mid in bronze elo and she doesn't really do that much damage to turrets, is it worth it to split push?
Lux as solid wave clear. So its okay to split push as lux, but not to get towers. Just to get free gold and push the waves back. Your role in teammates fights will be bursting people, CC and if you need to buy time wave clearing. Just remember that last part. If the enemy wants to push tower and you can't fight you should just be tossing abilities into the minions and clearing them out so they have nothing to push with. This allows you by yourself to stall out a team buying time for your actual split pusher to get towers or for your team to group up and defend with you.
guys if u have problems with the team flaming u just mute them all or disable the chat in the options i mean sometimes the others are right and u int but everyone needs to find his own way so dont listen to team mates or enemys flame
There is more to it, knowing when u can force teamfights based on powerspkies is essential aswell, it tells the point at which one should group! For example if I play twitch on my smurf I afk farm until 3 items and then hovering near my often grouped team farming jgl being ready 2 q r in and 1v5 the fight! Or even earlyier rotation can win a game if done well! Watch dopa on it, he never akfs in a sidelane and always groups!

At around 5:30 when Diana was bot. Her team was a poke heavy comp. Should have hovered near baron, close enough to poke and far enough to not get hard engaged. Let Diana push, the moment they back to match Diana THEN take baron. That's just my opinion from a lowly gold player from the variables given.

As a jungle its impossible to farm late game 80% of the time wolvles and wraiths(chickens) are killed by your team mates so that means that you have to go Krugs to gromp which is terrible :( but my cs is 5.4 as jungle.
go farm lanes. You can split push just like anyone else.

My avg cs number in plat is 6.5-8 really depends on the champ, champd like sylas im so bad at csing while yas and yone i sometimes go beyond to 9per min

Yes and no, your minions push harder after a turret falls. Somehow that autofixes the wave if no one else is there on the other team to fix it

Yes, and it also reduce the area that you can farm, that's the mistake when you are a losing lane and the jg put the herald in your lane.

Main issue I see is that the entire team don't know what they are doing, don't know about strengths and weakness and what the team comp should do. I see so many times they go fight when lanes are hard pushing towards us, we are down 10 kills, they still engage. If you leave them they die and before you get the wave pushed the enemies are already killing 3 turrets. Supports that clear parts of jungle where the enemies aren't and no objectives for 3-4 minutes. People running to the lane you are in because it was their lane, but you are already about to be there to clear it and ignore the other lanes. I even switched role because people just can't keep you somewhat safe as the adc.
I just went 370+ cs at 33 minutes with my yorick top smite. Everyone is flaming me for taking top smite but everyone shut up when I handed them a win 8/1/7 with 370+ cs at 33 minutes. My lane opponent was Ryze at 150+ cs.
3:21 Usually when my top laner doesn't hold bot with a baron up versus a split pusher, it's when I'm a support, so me just splitting would get my adc killed in trade for solo xp on a support. >,>
A support's job isn't to manage side lanes anyway, except if you're a support who has great wave clear, usually mages. Then it can be ok for you to be in a side lane for a bit and depush the enemy waves, but usually you want to be with your team or roam to provide vision and objective control.

Me a support main constantly. "Its baron not elder stop team fighting. Or on the flip side. It's baron just go around the minions and kill the one person standing there with baron buff. "Or the funniest to me, "the minions have baron buff there's clearly someone nearby, why are you alone with half hp"
So many times I go to push a sidelane and the enemy reacts, sending 3-4 people on me. Ok I can die but at least teammates should push two other lanes yes? No bc they always come to "" help"" me ofc being late and dying to enemy one by one...
to be fair, if you're dying while split pushing you're split pushing wrong. Look at map. Anyone you don't see assume they are coming to you. Then ask yourself, can i win a fight against them? If no and most the time its no, just leave or float. You don't have to leave lane. You can retreat back enough the rotating players won't catch you, but stay close enough that you can easily walk back to lane and catch the wave after they push it back. TLDR : At no point in this or any guide do they tell you or encourage you to split push until death. In fact this and many other guides encourage you to split push and hits towers when no one is around. Retreating when people do or will show up.

But have you ever played a low elo game where basically the teams are araming mig and the only tank is the team never knows when to engage and he's not even there to be the frontline. It's a 5v5 and it doesn't lead anywhere, only to bad situation bc e.g. enemy has a lot of cc, our adc has no dmg, our tank doesn't know their job. There are simply team comps where without strategy, you can't win and ppl in low elo doesn't care or know. They try anyway and feed and rage. So if i'm a champ that will die if i go in and they don't follow or simply i can't even try to go in, then i either leave them and try to take and objective or i die with them. Enemy is the same stupid, again, it's low elo. They are basicslly always letting me take a turret, sometimes even a lot more. This way as i do this i farm alone, get gold and xp and objectives. But ofc team is flaming if they go into s 4v5 and they die. But how many times it happened that slowly but this is how we got objectives and won. While also, when enemy finally notices me, sometimes i simply can't get away. As stupid as it is, many times, they all 5 come, go back to base or even tp to me. They do this and ofc as soon as i see them disappearing on the map, i try to run away. But sometimes i just simply die or get a fight with them then die. Team would have olenty of time to take a turret at mid as the aram stopped there. They could make this death worth. But no, they rotate there and die again. Usually one by one. This is what i tried to tell above
Ting I hate is i get 1st tiwere in like 1 min so I say swap bot but they do not want even to they are losing lane so I can get plate and start snowboling and I hate supp splitupsing and farming I ping them to go away but they don't and push it instead of me a 12/1 akali getting 15 Cs becuz it was slow pushing but morgana support rly needed it

alternative strategy: play ziggs ADC, once you hit 2 items the enemy can respond to you and lose drake/baron, or fight the objective and lose nexus
My average cs increased to like 7.X, but I lose more games even tho I split and take side tower, but it dosnt really help if my team gets wiped and mechanically Im not good enough to solo carry games at all :/
To people who don't look at the map just split push. You are always going to be so afraid that either way you will be looking at the map
If Bronze players (Like myself lol) would watch the pros, games don’t usually have kill counts 32 to 40, pros get to 15 and that’s a lot. I hate how in Bronze it’s just chaotic and fights constantly. Not saying I don’t belong here but I definitely can tell there’s an “all in” mentality here lol
If you are the one consistently getting the kills learning proper itemization or playing someone who snowballs particularly well can help you close out games faster. For instance, I play Karthus mid pretty often and will usually go Luden's - Oblivion Orb - Liandries because the flat pen from orb is enough to snowball in gold and below when people don't build MR.

There is constant fighting in challenger elo to. In fact even more fighting in challenger elo. They just don't as often make mistakes or take fights that result in deaths, but they do trades and harass people when they try to CS all the time.

If someone goes drake everyone goes drake if u would be the only one whos pushing they would kill my team cause im not there and then they would rotate to me to kill me so split push just not that good
These tips are super helpful if your team actually puts down wards, the biggest problem is people do not know how to put wards down and have vision on the map. They think simple things like that can be neglected and that costs more experienced players games. It doesnt matter if you glance at your map if you have 0 vision

Summary:
TLDR: watch map, shove lane to tower then leave, keep splitting only if your team wins fights
- Have proper map awareness so you can confidently farm further down the lane
- - This allows you to also clear enemy jungle if you want
- Commit to split only if your team can win a fight; if not, then shove and group
- - Compare CC, tankiness, and DPS
- Be the only one in a lane, if youre not find a different lane or clear jungle
- Avoid grouping, shove lanes to tower, then leave them; they will slow push back and you can get a bunch of minions in a bit
okay fine i get a good amount of cs (like 170-180 around 20 min mark) i hard won the laning phase being 12-2 at that point of the game as an adc, the enemy adc was litterally trolling at that point, but guess what - i lost the game. my team were really behind i was the only 1 who was dealing actual dmg and we lose teamfights they had leona, cait, leblanc, vi and mordo while we had 0-10 teemo 2-4 yasuo, rammus and braum, oh and i was playing ashe. The problem in the teamfight is that if i dont consistently dps them we cant win, but the same time if i try to go for more than poking with w they just instantly cc me and leblanc kills me (leo, vi r) and yeah i know what youre about to say "just wait for them to use the abilities" well guess what, i tried waiting and they didnt use any of these important things, they just straight forward won cuz mordekaiser was really fed of the teemo and all my team got killed leaving me alone to defend the inhibitor (which is imposible vs team like theirs) then they forced baron opened the 3 inhibitors and just destroyed us. idk what i could do better that game so i could carry, what should i do if my team is reaaaaally behind but im ahead, how do i win in that case
Split push like the video says. If you're that far ahead, its hard for them to deal with you split pushing meaning they will probably have to send 2+ people over to you. Then you just retreat back before they arrive to no die and your team now has a 4v3 or better in their favor that they can maybe win. Even if they don't decide to take the fight hopefully you got a little bit of tower damage and started stacking up even more gold to get even stronger. You just have to be super careful as ADC split pushing because even if you're super fed someone like leblanc catching in the side lane can easily 1v1 most the time.
