The funny thing is, every single time I see this, I never notice Pentious' hat moving until Angel points it out, like, without fail.

I hope you've been doing well in your time away. It's good to have you back. And I'm so glad you decided to watch this series. It's absolutely fantastic. Fantastic songs and great characters, especially Alastor. Even though he's always smiling, he's animated in a way that you can always tell what he's thinking.

Aww, it's a shame this didn't get more views. I doubt he's going to be posting any of his other reactions to this franchise on his main channel now, and that's such a loss, since this is such a good series.

You should also check out Helluva Boss as well. Same creator, same setting, but different story. But unlike Hazbin Hotel, which got picked up by Amazon, Helluva Boss was done entirely independently and released on RUclips. Also, one of the main characters is voiced by Richard Horvitz (also known as Zim from Invader Zim), who also happens to be the voice director on both Helluva and Hazbin.

I don't know if anyone mentioned, but Charlie and Vaggie are actually girlfriends/partners, not sisters. Also, the pilot is somewhat canon to the series, although there are a couple of differences, including costumes and voice actors. It is definitely all a musical. The voice actors they got for the series are almost all Broadway actors! The actress who voices Vaggie in the actual series is voiced by Stephanie Beatriz, who played Mirabel in Encanto. The actor that voices Husk is Keith David, who along with a million other things, was Dr. Facilier in the Princess and the Frog.

Honestly what Vivziepop managed to do with these shows is insane. Very little people have her type of determination, starting as a web series and indie company and getting picked up by a major studio. It's honestly surprising what they managed to get away with on RUclips lmao.

Glad your feeling better and YES the rest of the show is all musicals with at least two songs in each episode with amazing voice cast including from Disney! Husk (the cat with wings)'s voice you'll recognize from Princess and the Frog and Vaggie's new voice in the series is from Enchanto. I'll let you figure out who. Um a warning ahead of time though, episode 4 will tackle a serious heavy subject. So when you get to there, you might wanna warn your viewers. The rest is pretty much what you get from the pilot but with the story and characters getting deeper!

For those who are new to this show and universe of the show, this place takes place at the Pride ring. Lucifer’s domain.
In the show called helluva boss which is on RUclips, we see the other rings of hell.
The greed ring is green and where the money in hell comes from.
The Lust ring is blue with a lot of rain.
The Wrath ring which is orange and with a dessert/western theme to it.
Then we also see the Sloth ring where the medical care is provided by the hellborn creatures like Imps and Hellhounds.
And finally the Gluttony ring which is the home of hellhounds and where Queen Bee-elzevub rules over.

Just to explain in case you weren't aware, the pilot episode is only _partially_ canon as there are a couple slight things that are inconsistent with the Amazon Prime series, though I think they're close enough. However, it does give the audience an idea on who the characters are and how they came together.

Some of the voices are different from the pilot to the proper show, but, they're usually in the same spirit of the original voices or even better. Like, Cherri Bomb, the punk girl with the bombs, is Australian, and, Husk or Husker, the cat guy, is voiced by Keith David in the proper show.

I do love this show. I already love the inclusive of some many different sexualities (though Vivziepop has always been good at that), but I also love the story and the interesting twist of making the demons the good guys and the angels the bad guys. Just a heads up though. This show deals with a lot of adult topics and is much more serious so I would prepare myself if I were you. And a good way to do that is to watch the music video “Addict” so that you can learn more about Angel Dust and about one character who never made it into the show, Valentino.
Haven't seen this series yet, but so many people are talking about it I'm thinking I should give it a try 😮
