So I felt when she said what she said about trying to school her about her history. Gotta be careful who u trust. It happened to me! At first I never spoke of my past, because I’ve always been the woman who says “I believe the past should stay in the past”, he kept asking for a year straight! I got sick of him asking about wanting to know about my past, so I gave him very detailed info about all my exes. As time went by and heated arguments kicked in, ol grown boy used my history against me 🤦🏽♀️ saying “are you gonna let go of me like you let go of ....”, “don’t be treating me like ..., because you’ll soon realize your letting go the biggest blessing of your life” etc etc... I’ve now learned my lesson after those repeated comments from him and will never utter a word about my history!!

He always tells me to pay the bill and he will later give me money but he never pays up. Yup, sounds like my mother who married my stepfather 35 years ago. Never liked him. She was so blinded by his 5-min BS. He's been bullying her all these years. I left when I was 19yo. She settled for him because she wanted material things. Also, she focused on him and not on me and my brother. We remind her of that all the time. She has all the illnesses in the world and he is healthy. They are the same age but she looks 20 years older than him. She is too weak to leave him now and still wants material stuff. She settled for him because she wanted material things. Also, she focused on him and not on me and my brother. We remind her of that all the time. She has all the illnesses in the world and he is healthy. They are the same age but she looks 20 years older than him. She is too weak to leave him now and still wants material stuff. I will never get this. I hope I will never end up like this.
