    1. Talk yourself while brush. Talk yourself in your way to work.
    2. Become a narrator.
Choose any object anywhere in the room and one full minute describe that object ( 3 times )
    3. When you don't know the word in English try to describe it.
    4. Keep a dirary or write your to do list in English.
    5. Create a mantra in English.
Morning: ( I'm amazing and I'm excited about learning more English today.)
Night: ( I'm really proud of all the English I learned today. I'm excited to learn more English as I dream.)

When we studied english in middle school in Mexico, sometimes you didn’t want to speak aloud because if you make a mistake, everybody laughed at you. Rigth now, I don’t know if my english is correct in this message. And that’s my biggest fear, to make a mistake every time I try to speak english.
So, my question is, what can I do to speak in english to my self with no fear to make a mistake?
Thank you so much and congratulations for your channel.

Hello! Thank you for the 5 tips!!
I use to talk out loud to myself when driving. I hope this can help some of the people who read this, but be aware that this must not be a distraction when driving. You must drive calm and paying attention to what you see, but all you see you can "tell about it" to yourself. I think it is better if you practice it in your head, when doing other things, rather than driving.
Also, sometimes I use to talk to myself in my head, silently. I consider this a great practice, because then, it becomes naturally for you to speak in English. Again, thank you for the tips!!

All these tips are helpful, but the weird thing about learning a new language especially English is how to sound natural or better. sometimes a person may feel that they know the language, but once you start speaking to a native speaker you feel embarrassed. But, the best thing that we can do is to avoid being discouraged by anyone or any mistakes that you may have made when speaking until they realize that you get it right. Because this thing is a learning process, it has never been a one-day thing or a short period of time it is about doing it repeatedly and makes some mistakes on a way. Thank you for your lesson.

Hello Teela! Your tips are very helpful! Thank you! Now I'll try to describe something (a subject in front of me). I'm looking at а round subject. Its colors are red and black. On the one of its side, there is something, looking similar to a ruler that you can pull out and measure with it different dimensions like length, height and so on... After finishing measurement, when you release the end of that "ruler" you are holding it while measuring, it immediately, like a spring, is coming back into (inside) of that round subject. What is it? Can you guess?

Hey! That's a very good question! You're talking about a tape measure. It's not always of the colors you described, though. But "A" for the question

Thank you for your video about how to think in English. Basically I will think in English before my class because I am studying in US and I wanna to talk with my classmates and I will talk to to myself in my head about what I did or where I went last week in advance, just a little practice to avoid some breaks when I talk to my classmates. And from now on I will give up my bilingual dictionary and write diary and create my mantra. I believe I can do that!!!

Hello Teela, At the start of your video, when your face came up on the screen, I though that your hairstyle was a bit weird . Actually, the leaves drawed on the painting behind you, encircle your face and it is as you wear a crown of thorns on your head. Look at it, it's funny.🙂. I enjoyed your tips. I am always speaking To myself aloud and since I have started Learning English, sometimes, a story turns up in my brain and I tell it aloud to myself . I am so exciting To learn English that, every morning, when I wake up, my brain is already getting To speak in English. I am going to choose an English Mantra. "I dreamed of fluent English and every day brings me closer to my goal". Thanks a lot.

I learn whole sentences saying them aloud. 5 days - 300 repetitions per day at least. Later I don't need to translate. I know the meaning of words straight away like in my native language. And also I remember the meaning longer than by learning separate words. This method is called: chunking. It was a real game changer in my learning process and communication skills in English and other languages.
