Hey Nepsites!! Glad you could join in on the fun bro, thanks for the feedback, and take care!
The dental floss still blows me away. Absolutely amazing! This makes me want to get some styrene! The drill press was definitely boss. Great video, great project- hours of work into 8 minutes! Lucky us! Just love it.
Hey bud!! Glad to have ya stop on by for a looky! LOL, actually man, this was my first time working with styrene! The Bondo work is something that I have been doing for years though! :)
Hope you're keeping well, and take care!
Well I really appreciate that man! The honor is all mine, and thank YOU for stopping by and leaving such awesome feedback! :) Cheers mate!
Awesome body work man. This is real craftsmanship and a work of art in scale rc´s!!!
Surely one of the best Landy´s on youtube!!!

I don't know what to say... It's amazing!!!
great work, I'm sure that is going to be one satisfied customer.
Thanks Michael!!
Fantastic. Just amazing. Nice work.
Thank you!! Make sure to see the rest of the build - part 5 should be up in the next week or so!
May I ask, 3 questions. What is the sheet plastic stuff you use to make panels for the bodies? What glue is it you use? Looks like some sort of liquid. And how much is this build costing the gentlman? Thanks.
Ha! I'll mention that to NASA! ;) Thanks very much for the comment and compliment man! Take care!
Me = happy that you commented! :) Cheers!
Great work, loving your attention to detail !!
@Simon Houghton - Thanks man, it's always nice to know what people are interested in. Sadly shipping to Australia is so expensive that it may not be wise of me to invest a lot of money in molding, in hope that enough buyers would be able to afford the product. I'll be adding the Patrol to the list of possible bodies in the future though - Cheers!
We're do you buy RC Land Rovers?
From Russia with LOVE, good job mate! We need to watch your every move in this work!
Hey thanks Migi!! :) I try to film as much as possible... but I'm sure you can understand that it's too difficult to get ALL of the work I do on camera! Hopefully you'll enjoy part 3 mate! Thanks for commenting! :)
yes, you right it's very difficult... but your movie good enough, keep it up mate!
I wish you good luck with this project...
Thank you man!! I appreciate that :) Take care!
Thanks buddy! ..... Hmm! MAYBE!! ;) lol, thanks for popping on by!

Thanks Manos!! I appreciate that, the details have been fun to work on! I hope life is going well for you my friend!
Fantastic job!
Congratulations.
It's my honor man! Thank you for the great comment! :-) Cheers mate!
Hey bro!! Ha, yeah, it still blows me away too! I've heard braided fishing line is really good at cutting it too.
Thanks! You're going to see a LOT of the press in part 3! hehe!
I appreciate the kind words man, thanks so much, and I hope you're keeping well! :)
Wooooow....supeeerr.....two thumbs up
Thanks bud! :)

REAL SCALE MAN I have a d90 v8
Cheers! Thanks for commenting! :)
Thanks mate! I'm looking forward to it myself! Cheers, and take care!
Thank you man! It's the little details that really help to finish something off - this is going to look great once it's all done!
Cheers, and thanks for commenting!
If you made a GU Patrol and made moulds for sale, let's just say you would sell so many to Australia it would blow your mind, the guys here are very hungry for a Patrol and others guys around the world. Just my 2 cents worth. Love your work, thanks for the video bud.
Great job! I cant wait for the next part.

Another awesome video man!! I cant wait for the 3rd vid!! Keep up the good work! :)
Wow! you have some skills friend.... cant wait for the next vid..... liked it.... :) i subbed...
Thanks man! It's appreciated :)
Wow, great attention to detail. Love it. I see the real things get built, they seem to go together a bit quicker!
Have you ever thought of getting into prototype build?
Haha! I've been told that this has better door gaps than the 1:1 as well!
Not 100% sure what you mean by prototype build, but if you mean building a one-off vehicle from scratch (like real car prototypes) then, not really... but I'm not against it either. I like making models of real vehicles, because then other people can understand the subtle details that make it special. A little less obvious on something which can't be compared to the full sized version. It also forces me to stretch my skills to make things I may avoid if I just had free run to make the car how I want.
I'm hopefully going to have a bunch more custom commissioned builds in the future, so there will be more bodies to come too! :)
Thanks for commenting, and take care!
i have to say that you are good at what you do.
be nice to have a brake to make the bends just a thought
Thank you! The bends in the roof were a tad hard to form since I used very thick styrene, I've since stayed away from the 0.08" and have gone to 0.04"... much easier to work with. Ultimately it didn't make any difference for this body though, as I just ended up using it to create a mold.
going well, coming up amazing, the details work is awesome, keep on....big like, cheers!!!
Wow! Your knowledge and creativity are amazing, as well as your craftsmanship. Are any of your trucks for sale?
Thanks! As of right now, no. But later after my work schedule is a bit lighter I may start a new project that I'll put up for sale. Cheers!
+MrRcFanatik Dude!! omg amazing job i can't express it in words I'm shocked... jaw dropping to see it change thanks for taking the time to film it looks great
Thank you Jordan! :)
Totally amazing bro. Thumbs upped this for sure.
Hey my friend! Thanks for that part 3 should be equally cool! Hope you're well - take care!
Can't wait. Glad to see you figured out how to reply to comments on this new system. Still can't comment to some posts on my videos. I liked have the reply button on RUclips.
CodesEmpire Currently I still have the "reply" button... but it's different now! Hope this works! I don't understand why youtube has to update so often.. I was just getting used to the new-old system! lol
I created a google+ account last night, so maybe that has something to do with my ability to reply. But you have it too soo..... Hmm. I'm also just noticing that there isn't a limited number of characters I can use in this reply... OK, THAT I LIKE! :)
MrRcFanatik Yea I have no idea where mine went to. Kind of sucks. Yea I've had my Google+ for a while. That was my understanding you would be replying that way, but I cant see this one comment to reply to, so I have no idea. All these updates drive me crazy. Lol.. Thanks bro.
CodesEmpire I hear ya!!! I guess we'll get it figured out eventually.
What do you you use as glue, and this white plqstic. How can I get them? Thx, great job
genius idea how you molded the door handles and hinges, what was that stuff?
Thanks! Used automotive body-filler… bondo!
@@FanatikBuilds lol very appropriate
mr.rcfanatik...pls answer my simple question of you dont mind..how you curved ur door as it look like the standard door...i keep on thingking how you do that
Hi Fernando! The doors are made of two pieces... I used a heat gun to warm the edge of the lower panel and then I just carefully pushed it against my desk so that the edge was curved over. Then I just glued the two pieces together, and used a little auto body filler correct the shape of the bend. If you don't have a heat gun, you may be able to do the same thing with a candle lighter.
Cheers!
ahh..tnx mr.rcfanatik...i just asking..i dont have one..im sure fan from philippines my family connot aford that type of vihicle..ahh..tnx again for the comments..if u dont mind..can u give me some of your old rc..that u dont use..so i can play and experince it on my self i hope u dont angry...peace..:-(
Right on, hope you are doing well man, the Typhoon was a very catastrophic thing to happen, and I am remembering the people of your country.
tnx..mr.rcfanatik. i hope everything well fine..my brother is wishing that kind of toy to me but im always trying to say to him that soon if someone will give us..atleast now ineed anything that can be happy for him..if you please give me one..its okie to me if its broken i will fix it..to give him a littlebit joy..please..
dude, why not a dremel?
I've seen some square body suburban builds. how much to make one of those?
Thanks for the interest Timmy, as of right now though I'm unable to take on any new RC builds. RC4WD makes a Blazer shell which is a good base to start from though, you could get one of those and stretch it like I did here. Let me know if you do! Cheers :)
what thickness the styrene sheets?
I used 0.080" styrene, but after this, I have started using 0.040" and MUCH prefer it! If you haven't already, check out my videos on "how to work with styrene" they may help you out! :)
Thank you for making a memo! Is there anyway possible you could call me to help answer a question concerning the adjustment for the panhard link on the D90. I know your busy and wouldn't keep you long. And when your schedule frees up, like I mentioned in my first comment, money will be no issue for any help you can provide in designing my idea design.
again thanks much,
Jesse.
mais t francais ou anglais ? car quand je regarde les com je vois que des anglais lol
bravo vraiment super taf chpeau a toi really
holly shit your good
Thanks for the sub! Merry Christmas!
@@FanatikBuilds 5 years later watching the same video :)
Really scale because if he rolls over the body will fall apart
This body may crack along the seams but it won't just fall apart. In any account, some pretty cool stuff will be happening with the body in an upcoming video so stay tuned.
I would wait until May! You've got my # if you can call me I'd love to be able to talk to you just about the basic concept I'm after.. it's really a simple plot. If your busy rite now I completely understand. thanks fit writing me back!
I've made a memo about this, and will contact you sometime in late April to let you know how my schedule is shaping up then. All the best!
Wow amazing video!
I subscribet to you!
I have an rc channel too! :) XD
