    😩😩this was way too relatable. I wish more people would accept and support their friends with chronic lateness. Know your friends! If you make plans to meet at 5:30, show up at 6 because you already know their gonna show up late. Or tell them a time earlier than the event. Or just love them for them and don’t be resentful 😩 if it’s going into the direction, have a conversation, set support tools, or take some time away.

      YES YES YES absolutely to all of this!!!!! i definitely understand people who have strict boundaries about being late, though being friends with chronically late people often involves working together to find solutions or ways to prevent everyone from being at MAX stress every time they hang out. being chronically late is largely unintentional, so absolutely, providing or listening to ideas for support tools makes suuuch a huge difference from saying something like “just be on time” “hurry” etc. love this comment🫵🏼💌

    Yeeeeep literally searching this to find a sense of normalcy in my losing friends and jobs life from lateness…. It’s so comforting to have these videos and reassurance.

    Lol - this is why whenever we need to be somewhere I LIE !!!!!! If we need to be somewhere at 8 I tell you we need to be there at 6:15 - we are early but... not by much hahahahaha! . Now that you know my secret
