killer stuff man, exacted what every new brand owner or aspiring brand owner needs, thanks for doing this. Hope you keep on creating.
thank you bro, appreciate the kind words! will keep going!
your journey from zero to $89,000 in revenue is truly inspiring! you focus on creating value through design, quality, and customer experience highlights the key principles for success in the clothing business. 🚀
thank you chatgpt 4.0
@@DaveNashhow’d you decode that ? I see it seems rather false esque, but how can I learn that skill ?
@@brandondiorr1417 first of all it's way too formal for a youtube comment. and more importantly, chatgpt likes to use lists of 3 to explain concepts very very often.
the amount of free value in this video is nuts 🔥🔥
hell yeah appreciate you! glad you got value out of it more coming!
I was skeptical but I realized you have a part in Insomnia Visuals. Which ALWAYS pops up in my feed and backs your advice and reasoning with solid results
If you don't mind, how did you figure out clothing manufacturers and creating a website on your FIRST clothing brand?
legit had to rephrase this because my other comment got shadow removed lol by yt...
message a bunch on alibaba and get a feel for which one cares about you. order samples and test their products. know what you want. learn about clothing, fabric, seams etc.
Amazing! I can't wait to see some creatives/products/store creation.
need to deep dive into fashion websites ASAP!
2 questions for you bro,
1. when starting out is it better to do pre orders or to like sell on tiktok shop or sum
2. whats the best way to promote the brand
1. either way depends on budget
2. make good content and buy meta ads
@@DaveNash my budgets like 500 dollars
Amazing bro, just what I need to take my fashion brand to newer heights. You got yourself a new subscriber and a like :) Looking forward to your upcoming vids!
thank you for such a nice comment my brotha, glad to have you on board!
@@DaveNash could you please make a video about;
how to maximize the process from receiving sample -> marketing/hype -> drop day.
should we boost instagram posts? how much should we spend on boosting.
Do organic? how much and when to post if this matters.
When do we start testing campaings on meta, and how much is ad spend when testing?
How long should we hype the drop before actually dropping.
/Only if any of these matters at all/
Thank you :)
Dave knows his stuff!
thank you!
so mindnumbingly simple!
very very simple
Tons of value! Thanks!

Great blueprint man, thanks for sharing! I'm currently expanding to the UK. Is there a reliable UK 3PL you can recommend?
hey i appreciate the watch & comment! i'm in the US so I have a good US clothing 3PL but for UK, the best i can recommend is potentially shipbob. have heard good things about them.
@@DaveNash Cheers for your answer. May I know the name of your 3PL in the US? We're also expanding to the US next month
@@Curleification they are a boutique apparel-only 3pl based in california. send me an email dave@davenash.co regarding this and i'll refer you if interested!
@@DaveNash Oh they only do apparel? We're a home fragrance brand
@@Curleification i believe they do everything, 50%+ of their clients are apparel so its just a bonus because they know how to deal with high skus and returns really well
VALUE TOWN 🔥

@@DaveNash I was literally going to type 'Customer is king' and then you said it.
Customer lifetime value, brand building and delighting customers.
People will definitely love behind-the-scenes shots of your brand like photoshoots, thought processes, sourcing canvases, creating ads, etc. Surreal how I saw you build this brand from the ground up!

hell yeah
How is there even any profit with that low of a ROAS
huh? Ridge wallet runs at .7 roas. most people should be at 1.2-1.4 roas while scaling
@@DaveNash I took on a client for ads and took him to 30k on his first month, 4.5X roas. I have yet to scale to six figure months so maybe the ROAS drops at higher spend? Idk. I was just very surprised to see that return on ad spend. what is your breakeven if you dont mind me asking.
I just subbed bro
appreciate u family 🖤🖤
yo bro how do you handle returns? sent back to china?
I work with a 3pl in the US. so the customer sends it back to their warehouse!
