I have never, ever liked Ellen, and could never understand how & why so many people thought she was "nice". She was horrible, so rude and made fun of people. She was a bully and was allowed to get away with it because of her fame, money & diva behaviour. People were frightened and intimidated by her.
She treated everyone like garbage. Always using her cheesy, fake, disingenuous smile & laughter... and she got away with it for years.
I didn't like the way she treated people. She constantly used sarcasm & rudeness masked by her "smiling assassin" face, which meant she could treat people as badly as she wanted where nobody could say anything back because she was smiling. She would try to justify her poor behaviour by saying she was "only joking".
Her treatment of others made me feel sick. I would always change the channel when she came on, because I couldn't bear watching her appalling behaviour.
I'm so glad she was finally caught out for her atrocious behaviour and treatment of others.

Her whole intent seems to be to embarrass her “guests” for the whole world to see. She airs out the dirtiest laundry, asks awkward personal questions, and brings up topics ppl obviously want to avoid, all while maintaining and achingly fake, sweet smile. You don’t treat ppl like that.

When a couple of people in a job arena are perhaps popular, and they get together in a malious way about someone in that job group, it can be a deadly game of who shall we believe? I find it bizarre that Ellen's meanness was only found out 2 years ago, and not the 30-40 years she has been a performer. Perhaps those couple in the job arena said and did things that pissed off Ellen, who then responded to these people in anger. They in turn used that against her, and spread gossip, also turning more people in the job arena against her. The number one rule of anyone who is spreading negative around is to get as many people to believe them as possible. . Why hasn't her meanness surfaced in the 30-40 yrs she's been a entertainer???
Anyway, that being said , I watched her as a comedian, and it was obvious she was very talented and funny. What I liked the most about her is she didn't use foul language in her act, nor go on the cheap and insult the male gender as the male comedians due in insulting women in their "cimic" acts. How many times have we heard women be called the b, c, w words in comedians acts? It's disgusting. Ellen never did that, she had class and didn't use other people as a put down to get a cheap laugh. (Although I can never understood how anyone can laugh at someone calling women degrading/,insulting names). I don't dispute anyone's claim to being disrespected, but when its a group against one person, the red flags immediately go up.

I've never watched her show, but I've seen clips & in the clips she always seems to ask the guests really awkward, rude & sometimes sexual questions. She makes them feel very awkward & sits there laughing & revelling in their awkwardness. Good, nice, genuine people don't do that & don't feel the need to do that. I also saw where she was talking to Dakota Johnson & said she hadn't been invited to her party. Dakota put her in her place & she ended up with egg on her face & looking awkward! You could tell she really didn't like it, but good on Dakota for sticking up for herself & not being intimidated just because she was in front of an audience & on her show. That just showed me what a nasty person she is trying to twist things & trying to make someone feel uncomfortable. Bullying, mean girl tactics right there! I don't know why the show has been pulled, but I know I don't like what I've seen of her & the way she's been with many of the guests on her show. My grandma would have simply said "Vile creature!"
