First doctor who is so honest...when his son had an knee injury he wanted to avoid a surgery at the same time he also thought about other people who were going through the same situation and found ways to make people educate people to do things to avoid surgery..Dr want to get more patients to earn money however he has reduced his patient list by educating people to avoid surgery..hats off sir..and mam you are great you are my Guru fir life and I do educate people around me by teaching to eat local,traditional and cultural food habits and to do exercise and be active..I am also writing a book..🙏🙏

I find squats & pushups the best weight training exercises & rowing the best aerobic machine. I am happy my just turned 11 & 9 are involved in serious golf & one plays tennis & the other plays badminton. They also cycle in their neighborhood for about 2 miles 4-5 day a week. But then they are the blessed ones with no wants. The best one for the financially challenged are walking, climbing stairs, pushups & squats or semi squats. In india people MUST BE CHECKED for flat foot & get orthotics. I was cheked 2 years ago, & my podiatrist gave me a cheap pair of insoles. Just as soon as I placed them, the pain JUST DISAPPEARED & I could walk without any discomfort. I have been using the same one for the past 30 months

Dear Rujuta, I have always liked your videos, passion for fitness, Indian food and cuisine culture. But most people who follow you, I think, like you as you are. You don't have to put special efforts everytime to make yourself lovable or for marketing yourself . You make continuous shaking of your head and/or hands, laugh too much like a teenager and often when the doctor is saying something really important! And then suddenly the next moment you make such a focussed and serious face like nothing else is stealing your attention. This really distracts and irritates. Just bcoz Kareena kapoor consults you, you don't have to pressurize yourself to constantly shake, giggle, laugh and shake soooo much and act like a 15-year-old! We love you a lot. And your mom too who has such a calm, serene, smart and cool demeanor! Please absorb at least 50% from her notwithstanding age difference! Great tips, fantastic inputs from the expert doc! 🙏😊👍
True. I thought she is trained in Kathak or aerobic exercises. Naturally dramatic. It appears too charged on screen but on stage it looks fine. If she takes care of that, her videos are excellent.
