Just an observation… please please 🙏🏼 don’t take this as criticism. I grew up in India and the way we pronounce the word seed is “BeeJ”. Maybe 🤔 we were wrong growing up. Please correct me if we grew up pronouncing it wrong. Please please 🙏🏼 know that this is with utmost respect I am asking and sharing what I thought it should be. I have the UTMOST respect and admiration for you since EVER. So please 🙏🏼 don’t take this as negative. Please 🙏🏼
Can anyone please help me with my question... I strength train in the morning 5 times a week...so can I do yoga, daily in the evening? Will it be good? Or I should just do yoga on days when I don't strength train? (PS I really want to do your 30 day yoga challenges)
Absolutely you can, just be mindful and pay attention to days when your body might want more rest. You can also pick and choose between various videos to practice something that is exactly right for you, whether that is something slower and more restorative or something more active. Yoga will most likely support your strength training and help you take it to new levels.
