Powerlifting sure helped jon maul the heavy weight divison an his wresttling an kick harder . Doing light weight stuff wont help the sugar show get off his back when strong wrestler is out powering him with tecnqiue an strength . Sean needs to get his deadlift an squat strong as hell and his over head press strong . You can do light stuff for the rest of his work maybe some powercleans for explosivness but that 1 arm push press with the end of a barbell with very light weight will not have much cross over. Throw in some plyometerics as well
That’s why weight lifters can’t fight and suga Sean wipes out the division with his striking
