What is the best science on best pressup style for Upper body no equipment. What's the science on best exercises to put on mass with own body weight no kit?
This. This is what you were built for. Your work is incredible, the only reason your subscriber count isn't insane is because you're so good your content appeals for those that are the most serious. Please keep doing the great work that you do!
Once again, a freakin' masterclass! This stuff needs to be taught in every Martial Arts Gym, Dojo, and especially to High School coaches teaching wrestling and even football!
Great stuff, have watched 2 of your conditioning type videos so far! I am a pro mma fighter, and I vary my conditioning in many ways. But one of my staple grueling curcuits is my 3x3 min round circuit. changing excersizes every 30 seconds, but never taking a break in between excersize, only 1 minute break between rounds. Is this wrong not to take break between excersize? The whole time of me doing this circuit,I thought I was working anaerobic power. But am I right, thank you. The excersizes are usually tire flips Sprints Ropes Box jumps Sled push And ground and pound
Your channel is a true treasure chest- please can you make videos explaining cardio and muscle endurance training for noob 😁 how to develop it from basics difference between the 2 (by the way I have the video where you explain this) mechanism behind both and how to train both for every one like beginners like me or combat athelete or sprinter and runners I used to have side stitch issue many times due to running after sometime become unbearable. Honestly I don't find clearly wear I lack. What I need to develop so if you can make a video it will be great help ❤❤❤ love your content by the way 🎉
I know you talked about GSP’s psychological advantage, but can you please do a thorough breakdown on his S&C such as his use of gymnastics and whether using it is a gimmick or not? Thank you keep up the great work!
Why would that be a gimmick, being flexible, strong with bodyweight can only benefit an athlete, but it's not a requirement to do gymnastics to be a good combat sport athlete as many majority of fighters don't incorporate gymnastics.
@@DKYtut I was asking why it was a gimmick because not many fighters, old and new, advocate for gymnastics-style training, nor do they highly praise its incorporation. GSP may have used gymnastics to attract attention or business, thus a gimmick. Additionally, GSP would have most likely been as good as he is right now without the use of gymnastics, putting it into question.
Great video ! IMO the aerobic capacity is verry important to train and I feel that you neglect it a bit. 20/30min is not enough to build a good capacity. Joel jamison worked a lot on this topic. I agree that’s not the specificity of the sport but the lack of aerobic capacity expose athlete to poor conditioning
Most definitely, that's the only part of the video I didn't agree with. Novices should start off with a minimum of 30mins of steady state aerobics but ideally, it should be 45min or more in order for a sufficient physiological adaptation to occur. Nonetheless, it's a blessing to even have this much information in one place. We've come a long way from the smoke and mirror fitness theories of past times.
Fantastic video! What (if any) are your thoughts on the ABC (Armor Building Complex) by strength coach Dan John? He recommends it for combat athletes, and it sounds like it might fit the circuit training requirements from about 25:00 in. Thanks.
Hello my friend I have a question the comfort of the phosphate system is it 24 hours and the lactic system from 48 to 72 hours is my words true with all due respect and appreciation to you
