@mdfishtanks Perhaps you could put the parameters of your tanks on a video? Or a post on your main page? Recently there seem to be a lot of people asking about the parameters and temperatures of your tanks.?

Before you get the fish ask someone at the pet shop you get them from or do some research. There is loads of fish forum's with all of this information.

Hey, I was just wondering where to get your aquarium wood, stones, etc. I’ve been taking care of fish for around 8 months now. I’m new to live plants but I want to setup a more natural tank.
Depending where you're from there are different sources. MD gets a lot of his sticks from outside his home. I get a lot of my hardscape from my local fish stores or even the chain stores like PetSmart and Petco. Really just take a walk around a park and pick up what you think has an interesting shape or what would fit the theme you're going for. Whether its Jungle Rivers, slow flowing streams, lakes, or even small ponds. Theres rocks and wood laying about pretty much everywhere.
@@BossMkII thank you so much. I’ve been slowly preparing a 20 gallon tank for a pair of German blue rams so I wanted to make sure they have hides and live plants. Thanks for taking the time to write this.
@@noorrah236 You may want to do some research online about using found wood and stones in the aquarium. There are lists of what kind of trees you can get wood from, and articles and videos about how to prepare it, info about how to test whether the stones are likely to change your aquarium parameters, etc.
How often do you feed ? I loved having snails as well till I’ve had an explosion of them in my 30 gallon,, now they are breeding so fast I can’t stop them :(
Snails reproduce according to food availability. So when their population explodes you are either overfeeding or you dont syphon the bottom good enough so detritus builds up here and there.
A pea puffer, loach or assassin snail will take care of the extras for you. I can’t grow snails fast enough to keep up with my puffers and have to keep buying them. 😆

@@noorrah236 of course. Love getting people into the hobby, I'm fairly new myself, only been fishkeeping since about April of this year.

@@noorrah236 You may want to do some research online about using found wood and stones in the aquarium. There are lists of what kind of trees you can get wood from, and articles and videos about how to prepare it, info about how to test whether the stones are likely to change your aquarium parameters, etc.
Love your tank looks awesome how many neon tetras do you have in there
Have you never faced any ich problems in any of your tanks?
Where on earth did you find a razorblade on a stick like that?
How about the name Spyro for the betta? he’s was purple and gold
That's great!
Have you ever scrapped a peninsula tank?
How often do you feed ? I loved having snails as well till I’ve had an explosion of them in my 30 gallon,, now they are breeding so fast I can’t stop them :(
Snails reproduce according to food availability.
So when their population explodes you are either overfeeding or you dont syphon the bottom good enough so detritus builds up here and there.
A pea puffer, loach or assassin snail will take care of the extras for you. I can’t grow snails fast enough to keep up with my puffers and have to keep buying them. 😆
How about Ghost Rider and Hell Boy?
What happened to the Khuli Loaches??
They’re in the ecosystem tank. Showed in one of the previous videos.
I have a female nerite snail and she won’t stop laying eggs all over the wood in my aquarium what can I do to get ride of the eggs?
brian laudrey literally making fish videos and the fbi still looking for him lmao
