@@GavinBlaesner i recently show a video where a guy puts a f56 steering on a r50, so i guess it could be possible on a R52 look:ruclips.net/video/vJeYRYLVNGs/видео.html
Hey, great video! Just wondering what kind/size of the valve stem removal tool you are using in the video? Removing the airbag is such a pain with the screwdriver. Thanks!
@@sivertrismyhr3296 it’s just a standard size for all wheel and tires, there are larger ones for ac systems and such but any parts still will have the right one.
Hello, I'm looking for an F56 steering wheel airbag to put in my R50, but it turns out that the F56 airbag has only one connection, and the R50 airbag has 2, one green and one black. Most of the airbags I've found have a single connector, but in your video, I've seen that yours has the two that I need. Could you tell me the reference of your airbag? Thank you.
I would first recommend doing some research on the wiring differences between the two steering wheels and also the clock spring wiring that go into the wheel from the column.
@@gaetanos1846 yes you could likely just get the controls, but again I would verify your vehicles wiring with that of a model that is optioned with the steering wheel controls. As long as you are able to plug the controls in, you should be able to code the features.
"After the connectors are remove, you can just remove the steering wheel." I think you forgot the part about the torx bolt that actually holds the steering wheel onto the column. Delete this video!
On this car/model the only hardware keeping the steering wheel secured onto the column is the 16mm bolt. No other hardware holds the wheel to the column. Newer models could possibly be different due to multiple styles of wheels being installed from factory since this particular wheel, but for this generic base model pre-lci, the video applies.
Replaced my f54 wheel with a mini yours wheel. Great video!!
I love you ❤️ Amazing step by step and tools suggestions
Thank you!
Please, you can give me the reference of the airbag f55 with two conectors green and black for a mini R52
Could you explain a bit better? F55 airbag likely will not fit on an R52, if that’s what you’re meaning, but I may misunderstand the concern.

@@juancampos1690 this airbag will only fit in certain f chassis steering wheels. Must be the same steering wheel.
Thnx for the video! 👌
I Got A mini 2016 with no controls on steering wheel. Can i install them on it ?? Do i Need adapter or Cable to install?
Likely would be able to buy a steering wheel that does have buttons, and then have someone with bimmercode code it for you.

@@GavinBlaesner Thank you so much for you reply. So, i can't buy just the plastics controls and install on it. Am I right?
why you are not in ITALY ? :D
