  • Libu-libong Pilipino ang dumadaan sa depression bawat taon. Hindi lang yan, ayon sa World Health Organization, humigit-kumulang tatlong milyong Pilipino ang nakakaranas ng iba't-ibang uri ng mental health illness. Gayon pa man, hindi ito gaanong napaguusapan.

    The words "kaya mo yan", "push mo yan" at "lakasan mo ang loob mo" are not suitable advice. Because if I could, I would.

    Hmmm it may not be suitable for yourself but it could be for others. I would say, it isn’t enough. There could be more than just saying those words
