I have learned a lot of RUclips n never left a comment. Well here we go. I left my car unplugged for 2 days n got home to charge n it didn't work therefore I found u n did what u said. I pressed both buttons at the same time n bay-bay it unlocked n I am charging as I type. Thank u my new friend ❤

No stop there's a manual release in the trunk on the other side of the charge port at the bottom there's a little lever for the lock. Look in the trunk there's a little flap you need to remove first.
