- Sooooo, there were new beacons installed to the track. And now not only are there more spots to avoid, but they are all 100000x more sensitive. I'm pretty sure they're working on adjustments and everything, but yeah it was pretty disappointing to drive on the 'improved' track. There were a lot of complaints when I went the other day, so I'm sure it wont stay this way for too long.
Its going to be harder to overtake around the track now, the guy in front just needs to force you onto the beacon whenever you're trying to pass and you're on slow speed for the next half of the lap. I already saw several guys doing it for the new beacon on the left just past the timing bridge, whenever someone was trying to pass on the left. And that beacon seems to slow you down well past the back chicane.
Totally agree. It's ridiculous. I haven't been in a ween or so because of it. Really hoping they change it to give a bit more tolerance.
