Sinful Belgian Chocolate Cake | Eggless Dutch Truffle

Hi everyone! Let's make a Belgian Chocolate cake today!
Chocolate lovers unite - we've found the perfect chocolate cake for you guys!!
It consists of chocolate sponge layers with pure chocolate ganache and makes it a crowd favorite. It is topped with fresh berries and edible flowers to give it an even more rounded and beautiful appearance.
Occasion or no occasion, make sure you indulge in this chocolate heaven.
Recipe -
Belgian chocolate ganache
300g pure Belgian chocolate / dark couverture chocolate
300g heavy cream (Amul red whipping cream)
Material required -
2 pc chocolate cake sponges (6 inches round)
Sugar syrup (100g water + 25g sugar)
Chocolate ganache
Fresh berries / nuts / choco chips
Edible flowers
Chocolate bars for garnish
