Great lessons Luke, congratulations! Your way of teaching should be the way for learning: repeating, repeating, and again, and again 👍. I will let you know about my progression, hopefully so… 😂
Hey Lori, yes you can for sure, do the spin with the board in the hand, and then drop the board and do the loop sliding on your stomach. Then eventually start putting the board under your feet. You can also try and land it with no loop, just to get the feel of it, but i think its better to always do the kite motion every-time no matter what, and then just assess when yo are coming in to land whether you can put the board under your feet or not.
Tried this in general so many times...no matter how much i try to lock wrist, it always overflies, especially when pulling bar. There has to be something i am doing wrong.
Hey Mike, maybe start with the kite lower on take off, if the kite is already past 12 when you are heading up it might be the reason your finding it hard to drive forward.
@@FlukesKitesurfing I think the issue is that it just does not stop where i want it during take off and just keeps flying to other side by inertia. Maybe putting hand over the lines, between index and middle finger would make a difference, can't recall trying it. Later, when snow and ice are off.
Such good info. Exactly what I need for tomorrow! Perfect timing ;)
Perfect! Have fun out there!
Gotta say, you do a great job breaking it down into smaller bits, which paints a nice clear picture of what needs to happen.
Perfect! Hope it helps!!
Love your videos! I'm going to try this with my twin tip and a board grab first. Thanks!!
awesome! Have fun out there!

Thanks Lorenzo! Yeah keep us posted :)
Which type of kite would you recommend, I generally use ozone wave kites 👍
we always ride Ocean Rodeo Kites
Do you suggest to learn this trick in progression ? Practice just the first part of the trick then move onto the second part of landing ?
