That's it! The final of Series 10 and a delightful one it was too. 3 awesome sewers creating an array of amazing makes. It's been wonderful to talk about all 12 sewers over the last 10 weeks and to bring you Carol's skill and knowledge over the series. Many of you have commented on the skills, tips and techniques you have learned from Carol over the last 10 weeks. The ex teacher in me is filled with joy at this. Always wanting to learn and share. Maybe we'll see some of you in the Autumn for Carol's Masterclass series. If not, we may see you on RUclips in future new shows, who knows, let's see what time allows, but for now, that's All Gathered Up, sewn up and top stitched down and ready to wear and to enjoy. Thanks for watching. Stuart & Carol

A Big thank you to you Stuart, for your enthusiasm and terrific pacing of the conversations. I think the camera is not so much of a scary contraption now!!! I've learned much from you, and enjoyed every minute. :)

Thanks for all your analysis and Carol's input technically over the weeks - awesome! I do think Pasha draped quite successfully in the earlier rounds when she completed transformations. Maybe having to plan it made her do some very difficult techniques which she just didn't have time to complete - I think with a longer skirt the dress would have more balance and va va voom. I thought all the finalists did well and this series I've liked everyone so it was a very different final for me - I was pleased for whoever would win.I also loved the new presenter - a great series.😎❤

I'm re-watching season 4. There are opportunities to learn sewing techniques while watching season 4.There were iconic garments finished to perfection - none of this rushing about as much. Contestants looked they were enjoying the process.

Seasons 4 and 5 are my favourites. There's just something about the mix of contestants that really worked well.

Thankyou so much carol and Stuart for this series , I’ve enjoyed listening and joining in with your thoughts throughout even when I found some of the actual sewing bee episodes a bit of a frustrating watch . As a sewer I was very unhappy with the unrealistic timings and thrown together garments - the contestants should be given a realistic chance to shine and demonstrate their skills when at times I felt they had been ‘ set up to fail ‘ which is sort of ‘ amoral’ . I really hoping that when they film this series 11 the production team take this feedback on board . Enjoy the rest of the summer and I’m looking forward to the masterclass.

They were all winners in my book. I had pegged Ailsa and Pasha from early in the series and was glad they made it, but Luke really came into his own in last few weeks. I've enjoyed the series, but with a few grumps about timings. Always like watching people make things. Have loved All Gathered Up again this year. Always learn so much from Carol. 💕🧵🪡

    Dear Stuart and Carol,
The Bee saved the best for last. Congrats to Luke, Pascha and Alisa. So pleased for all 3 of them.
Awesome videos, entertaining, educational and highly enjoyable - thank you both so much. I know you both work so hard to produce these fantastic videos. I always learn something new from every video. Can't wait for the next one, in whatever format that will take.
    Best Elle :)

I have enjoyed all the previous Series of the Bee. I have not enjoyed this series, and I feel sad and cheated by what was shown to us. I feel that the programme has lost the home sewer/amateur focus. It is now just following a trend, and expecting all us older women to bow down in front of them. We had a lot of young people who may want lauding on IG, none of whom could finish a garment, sew a seam properly, read a pattern, figure out how to work a button hole foot, or choose appropriate fabric. There seemed to be 8 weeks of nothing finished, and the last 2 weeks showing some finished work.
There were no 40/50 years old, or older women, or men who had been sewing, since school. It is very sad, and I feel cheated by the BBC and the producers.
I have enjoyed listening to you and Carol very much each week, and getting her expert view, and your other programme with Ting too.
    Thank you both.

As a younger person who loves sewing I agree . I didn’t learn anything techniques from this season nor did I feel the need to research and buy any patterns similar to what I saw. It was a snore fest

I felt sorry for Pascha this week, I thought she tried to do a lot more draping than the other two. I'm not saying that the others didn't do a great job and Luke did deserve to win, but he was lucky that he had done draping before, I suppose that's the luck of the draw when it comes to the challenges.

I did wonder about the choice, in a final, of choosing lace, when seemingly never used before - and the challenge was VERY Specialist skills

Where is my Unpicked????? I already know the winner (good job, Luke!) but I NEED to see the challenges and your and Ting’s reactions, since I cannot watch the show here in Canada. You are my only way of “watching”.
