How to Repair a Damaged Concrete Curb

In this video i'm using fast setting concrete to repair a damaged concrete curb. I am using Cement All Rapid Set concrete mix

Nice job! I’ve used a damp sponge to form curb, and it worked good

When you brush it, do you use a dry brush or wet brush, which is soaked in water?
