Video shows positive battery terminal being disconnected first. With negative ground vehicles this is a risky practice. If positive terminal touches anything grounded; circuit is shorted. Best case scenario... fusible link will be fried. Many amps involved here. Always disconnect negative terminal first, guys. Respect... -Terry
Hi Shane, Removing the driveshaft provides extra room to install the new fuel lines; this is totaling upon the installer's prerogative. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to Customer Service at 1-855-781-5992 or email info@linestogo.com. Happy Travels!
On my 2009 silverado 4.8 engine it has a active fuel management, I didn't see you install or remove it. If I switch to PTFE stainless steel lines do I still need to have the fuel pressure sensor.
Hello Bris, Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, these lines will not fit on a 4.8L vehicle. They are for the 4.3L and the 5.3L engine sizes only. Kindest Regards, Lines To Go
Hello, We get our lines off samples we replicate. If we do not have a set of lines it is because we have yet to get a good sample for it. If you have any additional questions and inquiries, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-781-5992 or email info@linestogo.com. Here to Help, LinesToGo Team
