Another nice build. I even liked the music this time. lol Your builds remind me of mine as we try and build clean and not cobbed together. I have been building e-bikes for quite awhile. Battery prices and motor prices thru the roof led me to fuel motors.

Thanks ya I have been building motorized bikes since 2011 and I try to keep my builds looking clean

You might check the float level in ref. to the full throttle running out of fuel. I built racing outboard boat eng. for yrs. Just a place to look.

Sounds smooth running 👏. I just picked up a used 5.5 hp Briggs and Stratton and i also picked up a Mongoose Bruitis Fat tire. What torque converter is on yous? What size rim sprocket mahlo😊.

Ya they are good motors for these bikes. I've ran the gc160 and 190 on this bike before you will like the power difference

Thanks just make sure you ether get a good back rim or upgrade the rear axle to a 12mm pitbike axle the stock axle doesn't last long with these big motor swaps

You got it down smooth fast enough and pulling power up hills. Nice clutch and CVT. I agree with you about wider handle bar's. I'd have put the Red in the inside and chrome on the outside. Great having pit bike brakes.

I soo wanna do a DIY full suspension Phatmoto type build. Similar to this.
But probably go with 2.5 or 2.75in wide tires ....(hopefully high speed rated ebike tires)..... strong reinforced wheels..... Pit bike brakes or a combo of 2 dual pull levers (L&R) with f/r 203mm disc brskes & f/r rim brakes on steel rims....The rear suspension would help tremendously....$300 100cc 3hp 4 stroke kit with upgraded parts & clutch for 6+hp cruising speed of 40-45 mph.....rear rack & saddlebags that doesn't interfere with rear suspension.
Stealth looking so it looks more like slow motorized bicycle 🚲 & less like a motorcycle 🏍. I could get away with riding it here around everywhere if im not speeding. I wanna sell my motorcycles to get $ for legal electric velomobile/enclosed recumbent trike & possibly diy Phatmoto type.

Sounds like a pretty cool build

@@engineunknown2 I was drooling a bit over your bike build.I gotta check out ur other videos.......Recently seen a cool diy full suspension motorized bicycle build video out of Asia. They chopped bike frame, added rear suspension & 125cc pit bike engine. That was another debate I had. Rather to use engine like yours or get a 125cc pit bike with semi automatic clutch. They're both around the same price.
I'm done with motorcycles unless I run into more income. Gonna sell my 2 🏍 and make something more fuel efficient with cheaper taxes/operating costs.

Ya I have seen some of their builds they built one with a bmx frame with a pitbike engine and duel shocks on rear I might build one

@@engineunknown2 Video of green 20in BMX bike with red rear shocks??? I wanna do the same but with a 26in steel frame. Probably use 2 low end rear mtn shocks. Instead of a mono shock since adult rider weight+engine weight. I know on an ebike, even a the cheapest low end shocks/suspension makes a big improvement 🆚 no suspension. My problem is I still have welder & some tools but no longer have a garage/workshop. I'm gonna have to get a portable shelter.

Some pretty countryside while you are riding. In what state are you located?
