    CORRECTION: I am obviously using a pixel 5 and not the Nexus 5 (which was awesome btw)
    The iphone 4 is a bit smaller, the Nexus 4 got pretty close to the dimensions of the Find. but you get what I mean.

    Nice video, man! Considering this phone also. Can you swipe toward the right from home screen for google discover feed? Also how is it for other google apps?

      Thanks for the comment. The Find N2 runs Color OS, and replaces the Google feed with its own "Quick Glance" with a few widgets styled a bit like ios ones. The assistant is called "Breeno." Google Services are available, but not integrated in the system (since the Chinese market doesn't encourage that in general).

    Hi, I've a question. Does the Oppo Find N2 works properly with wearable? I have a Ticwatch 3 Pro Ulta Gps and a Oppo Watch, but both are global version and I want to be sure that I can use them with this device

      I'm afraid i don't know... I never used it with one and don't own it anymore. It did work with Google Services so i don't know why it wouldn't.

    Thank you for a very detailed overview :), You can force enable any app in options to get the split screen option, you can even have some three finger gesture or long press to split screen not just swiping form side I guess, Mine is in transit for now. Will update on real life experience

      lot of positives are already said few hiccups: 1) Missing Nova launcher 2) Missing Google Auto and Assistant (Auto I dont use lot but Assistant yes I miss it ) 3) Speakers are just average if you use it lot but call quality and for taking calls its adequate. Advantages: Peformance is beast, good battery backup and Camera is decent but biggest plus is the screen quality both are lovely screens but yes aspect ratios some might debate but am happy.

      Yeah i think rollables are still a year or two out. I can only recommend foldables!

      Rollable is cancelled for now, but motorola making some. Its not pad/phone like this, its more like old school sliders, but without keyboard

    The only thing which is hesitating me from buying it is no Google Pay support, which I always use!

    • @PhilKnall
      @PhilKnall  Год назад

      Yeah good point. The pay functionality seems very specific to the China market, they went cashless fairly early on and are using different systems than most of the outside world. I haven't tried to switch it but as you said it's unlikely Google pay works.

      @@PhilKnall It won't be long before the Oneplus Fold is announced (June-September), I just hope it doesn't get a lot bigger and they copy the design of the Oppo. I really like the compact, square design.

    • @PhilKnall
      @PhilKnall  Год назад

      Yeah the aspect ratio is a plus! I still prefer the even squarer (and as a result, widescreen when opened) one from the Surface, but it's good. Fingers crossed the One Plus will be awesome!

      Google Pay works completely fine on chinese phones. I have the Vivo X Fold and Google Pay works normally.
      And the One Plus Fold will be big, 6.5 for the exterior display and 8 for the inside display.

      You're not wrong, it's a weird in between. It does function as a phone though and has the phone icon right there on the home screen.
