Back in varsity I used to meditate heavily after I came across a book called "3 Pillars of Zen". I'd read art books instead of studying for an Engineering Exam and come the exam, I'd pass with great grades. Its true that your mind/thoughts can be your greatest enemy

I grew up in a prison too and it only hit me once I was older, that I was interacting with probably some pretty dangerous guys but as a kid, I didn't know and I didn't even think they were prisoners. We had the milk man, the gardeners and the tuck shop workers. I loved spending time at the tuck shop because I sometimes got free goodies. I don't think they would have done anything because it's prison and if you hurt prison kids, you gonna end up in hot water with the guards and the prisoners themselves, especially those that know and have a relationship with the kid.

I have every issue from 2009 to their last issue in 2016. I know they've made occasionally print issues but it's not the same as it was when it was a bi-monthly magazine.
