    That running charity over business hits home hard and is the reason my business is on red alert. My accountant gave me a stern scolding that business is business and not charity. Employees are hard to deal with especially if you don’t have an iron hand. Business in general. White people seem to be very good with understanding this. I thought that the nicer and more generous I was, people would reciprocate but what happens is that people, particularly blacks, see an opportunity to loot you. I learned to not give a damn about another man’s situation through business. Paid my school fees, I understand where Pen is coming from.

    I strongly disagree regarding marriage. It's not solely about couples; thinking so is selfish. Marriage involves couples and serves the well-being of children or future offspring. It holds great importance, and I recommend young individuals to consider marriage. Rejecting marriage can lead to risky consequences, such as scattered parenthood resembling an unstable lifestyle, harmful for children's health. While ideal, having both parents isn't always feasible due to various factors. Nonetheless, raising kids with both a mother and a father is crucial for their safety. The contrary can jeopardize children, especially their well-being. I would rate pen as 0 out of 10 when it comes to the issue of Marriage.

    • @tonersan00
      @tonersan00 2 месяца назад

      I think what he explained is fair though. There are people who deserve to get married because of how much they've been respecting the road to marriage prior to getting married. People who live according to how their beliefs say they should in order to bear a fruitful marriage. He is speaking against people who go out and live a mixed life but in the end want to come and get married under principles that they never honored. It's like a student who wasn't studying and fulfilling his duties of being a good student before exams. That student can't expect distinctions out of nowhere because he didn't honor the principles that come with obtaining distinctions, so he must accept the results that will come with his behavior prior to examination.

    Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

      Condoms, Plan B, and other forms of contraception. Pregnancy is a choice nowadays with each respective contraceptive providing a higher chance of pregnancy prevention in relation to the other. Women are the gatekeepers, men knock, hence why the phrase is referred to as being "knocked up". Our actions and responses to situations do the heavy lifting. Let's not play with our free will

    Money is measured in TIME, not Rands. If you have R20 000 a bank and your expenses are R5000 a month, you are 4 MONTHS away from being broke.
    What you make is important, but how much you keep from what you make and how hard that works for you is the most important ..... key 🗝

He shared a story of how he denied a certain job due to it contradicting with his believes and you check the guy had two children and a wife. Struggle struggle and he kept praying for a better offer and a better offer came, he now owns multiple mines and farms and stuff. Not saying that anyone should for in his foot step, but be honest with yourself, u cant choose part of the word that you can handle, otherwise you just playing yourself. Thank you for raising the topic of cohabitation and its impact on society, Penuel. While some may see cohabitation as a progressive trend, research has shown that it can have negative consequences for individuals and communities.
    Cohabiting relationships tend to be less stable and less healthy than marriages. And, by promoting cohabitation as an alternative to marriage, societies risk undermining the institution of marriage and its role in fostering stable families and communities.
    Marriage provides a framework for building stable, committed relationships that are based on shared values, mutual support, and a sense of responsibility to one another and to the community. This helps to strengthen the social fabric of a community by providing a stable foundation for raising children, supporting one another during difficult times, and contributing to the common good.
    In contrast, cohabiting couples may be more likely to view relationships as temporary, and may not feel the same level of commitment or obligation. This can lead to less investment in the relationship and a greater likelihood of conflict and instability.
    Overall, promoting marriage as a social norm and supporting couples in building strong, committed relationships can help to strengthen families, communities, and society as a whole. Thank you for allowing me to share my perspective on this important topic.

      The institution of marriage is already undermined by the way we behave before marriage creating habits that are not conducive to foster stable families and communities. The rate of divorce is high and a marriage is used to ruin peoples lives than build this days. You can't even give direction without being accuse of being "controlling". The behavior is shocking this days, people go to groove until 2am in a marriage. Its just bunch of countless nonsense. Kudos to those who still carry the values and principles that gives marriages value.

    Penuel, you are great guy and very good in educating people about finances.
    Leave the marriage topics for others because this is not your area.

    I wish is was common for young South Africans to be interested in Business and commerce this deep, rather than gossip and entertainment news.

    Your way of explaining these concepts is out of this world. I wish one day you will have podcast talking about this weekly. Thank you very much👏👏👏👏

    Good pod. For Justice, I think you could've structured it better and gotten more out of Penuel had the questions been structured properly and had you limited the times you interrupted him, also the instances where you made it about yourself and not the person you're interviewing. But overall, good pod brazo, will be here to witness the growth😁
