That running charity over business hits home hard and is the reason my business is on red alert. My accountant gave me a stern scolding that business is business and not charity. Employees are hard to deal with especially if you don’t have an iron hand. Business in general. White people seem to be very good with understanding this. I thought that the nicer and more generous I was, people would reciprocate but what happens is that people, particularly blacks, see an opportunity to loot you. I learned to not give a damn about another man’s situation through business. Paid my school fees, I understand where Pen is coming from.

While ideal, having both parents isn't always feasible due to various factors. Nonetheless, raising kids with both a mother and a father is crucial for their safety. The contrary can jeopardize children, especially their well-being. I would rate pen as 0 out of 10 when it comes to the issue of Marriage.
I think what he explained is fair though. There are people who deserve to get married because of how much they've been respecting the road to marriage prior to getting married. People who live according to how their beliefs say they should in order to bear a fruitful marriage. He is speaking against people who go out and live a mixed life but in the end want to come and get married under principles that they never honored. It's like a student who wasn't studying and fulfilling his duties of being a good student before exams. That student can't expect distinctions out of nowhere because he didn't honor the principles that come with obtaining distinctions, so he must accept the results that will come with his behavior prior to examination.
Like he said... people cant copy his life and gollow his opinions, they work for him but at least he is teaching people to be curious about any decision to make.

I like how Mr Pen explained the organic side of Wealth...the internal mental side...this side is crucial and often undercooked...Nothing prepares you for life like poverty...Nothing...I grew up dead poor...by the time I was 10 I could tell when someone was lying or fake...it gives you another type of edge no university can give you....couple that poverty history with real life experience you become a force...Comfort is dangerous..I have rich relatives and I see them very weak...most rich people live in fear because they are aware their money is the only protection they have.

He shared a story of how he denied a certain job due to it contradicting with his believes and you check the guy had two children and a wife. Struggle struggle and he kept praying for a better offer and a better offer came, he now owns multiple mines and farms and stuff. Not saying that anyone should for in his foot step, but be honest with yourself, u cant choose part of the word that you can handle, otherwise you just playing yourself.
