Just strips of carpet. They did stretch.

@@kricketts4348 , I'm amazed the boat stays so steady on the stand when you're sanding and rubbing it! I keep expecting it to tilt over on the keel then rest on the side of the boat stand!🤔

You don't feel a roller would have worked on a boat this size? At least on the sides?🤷♂️ Although it's extra money and time, given the condition, I feel that totally makes sense using a primer on an older boat exposed as it was when you started this.👌
